1.5V or 1.35V ram which one??

The Acer Aspire E5-471 supports DDR3L-1600 SODIMM RAM, which is 1.35V RAM. It is not recommended to use 1.5V RAM in this laptop, as it may damage the components.The laptop will not boot up.
If you are unsure which RAM to purchase for your laptop, you can use the Crucial System Scanner tool to scan your laptop and get a list of compatible RAM modules.
