I love EDC people and gear. To me pocket checking is the equivalent of when you would go to school, and you and all your friends would show your pokemon collections
Dude I know I’ve said it a zillion times and I’ll say it a zillion more- it was so great hangin with ya and I can’t wait to do it again! Thanks for including me in this video, it’s an honor!
I actually just got my tactile turn pen the other day and absolutely love it. The way the seam just disappears after screwing the tip on tight is just neat to see. And of course i can’t quit fidgeting with it lol
Looks like good time. Thanks for the vid. I’m so jealous! I was hoping to go, but I got Covid just before, and missed too much work to take a trip. Maybe next year!
Great seeing you again, Taylor! We will definitely connect at the next Campfire Co-Op for a full EDC Dump...You'll probably need to change batteries before I am done :)
Man, being in this video ist still kinda "surreal" for me. 😅It's been an honor not only to empty my pockets for you but also being the thumbnail for this video. Can't stop talking about how much fun we had together and having you hanging out with us crazy Germans! 🤘🏻 Axel
@@Samay_Y2K That shark shaped thing? It's the "Beerbomb",from NOTORIOUS EDC. It's a bottle opener, basically. But it's a multi-purpose tool so it's also a screwdriver, bit-holder, box cutter and pry-tool.
I've meant to do it every year but just struggle with balancing talking and shaking hands and shooting video. This will be a staple for any show I go to moving forward, for sure.
I used to carry a lot including a sidearm with 2 extra mags, holy crap I was always overloaded. Now it's just my Leatherman sidekick, a folder & a bic plus my sidearm. Everything else stays in my truck bag and i have my work lunchbox that has more tools/medical gear. Less is definitely more & keep it stupid simple. I like those fidgets!
😪 I love these 'what's in your pocket vids'. I am from the Netherlands, found your channel two weeks ago ☺️. Somehow I felt the urge, to start carrying more then one or two edc knives in my pockets again. As If, I expect to bump in to you😂
Got to say these are the best looking wallets I’ve seen. Might need a new one and I’m taking notes here. Sad to say I no longer carry knives just utility.
I wish you could put the names of the knives on the screen when they pull them out. I wanted to look up a few of them but it was hard to understand what the name was.
Normally I dont really buy production knives but that Baby Banter with the composite scales, tritium studs and tweezers might be something I have to pick up.
Yoshida & Company head porter card wallet, kizer ss1 (blacked out w/ purple scales), zippo w/ thunderbird insert (by vector) . Keys w/ bottle opener & spark plug gap (frm autozone lol). No watch, because I don't let time tell me...
Couldn't agree more. I thought it was strange these guys were pulling out multiple knives with relatively the same function. I'm an emt. I carry my military, my watch, and a pen everyday. The only thing I could add in my opinion is a flashlight. The rest of this is a bit much
For perspective- my personal dump was just stuff I scored and was excited to show friends. I don’t usually carry 4 folders and nothing else. I’m usually on the same style carry that you mentioned 🤙🏻
Like @NotoriousEDC said, the show pocket dumps are far from typical. I normally only carry a single knife in my pockets, but all weekend I had 5-10 knives on me at any given time. That's part of what makes this so much fun -- it's less about the practicality of what everyone is carrying at a show and more about the cool stuff they're acquired.
@@BestDamnEDC I don't understand why there are SOOO many comments from people saying "i would never carry this much stuff edc." Like, can't they tell its newly acquired stuff or stuff these people want to show others? Seems so logical to me.
I have recently added to my collection, dude wipes, definitely a must EDC, makes the day perfect, regardless of any situation being thrown at you. 😂 honestly.
One super interesting thing for me with watching a few of these vids now is how many people wear their watches on their left hand but aren't wearing a left handed watch. That's maybe because the brand doesn't make one but as a lefty, I always wear a right handed watch so that the dials don't dig into the top of my wrist. I'm not a rightie so I haven't taken the time to look into which brands make lefties but interesting to note. Potential watch EDC video?
@@BestDamnEDC Why not, it seem incredibly dangerous. Most knives and multi tools are designed for the right hand and not for the left. How they open and close, how the serration is, even which side the logo is on. All of these design choices are deliberate for companies. I also don't appreciate companies claiming to be ambidextrous when they clearly aren't.
Because I’ve never had any issues opening or closing a right-handed knife with either my right or left hand. It’s a very simple movement-both opening and closing. And there are tons of ambidextrous knives out there
@@BestDamnEDC I didn’t have the same dexterity in my right hand as I do my left and I shouldn’t have to. Please, I would love some true ambidextrous knives (meaning you can use them the same way with left hand as you do the right, no funny flipping or different opening, with the thumb as designed). Preferably, serrated. The only two I have seen is leather man and pro-tech. Pro tech doesn’t make a multitool and Leatherman doesn’t put their left-hand blades in their multi tools.
That's awesome because I ordered the case marilla in magnacut the day it dropped. 😆 🤣 😂 and the second knife shown, the toor XT1, was the knife I received before I bought the case. I'm carrying it right now. I need to stop.
It's very nice some gear for emergency tools on the trip on house car on motorcycle or fishing but on the city on pocket 3+5 knife if search the police wait happen
AWESOME video!!!!! I really enjoyed it! THANK YOU!! If I may ask, what folder did Tom Medvedich have that you were drooling over? I understood "David Lespeck" or something like that, but I could not find anything when I searched... what is the correct spelling? Do you have a link? Thanks again!

Glad you like them!

That Lautie camera is so awesome man
Wingman tip: if you want more dates, go to the girls Basket Ball game. That way they are not looking right up your nostrils.
bro how tall are you lmfao you nearly trampled the camera man
Love the video as always! And it was amazing meeting you at Blade, thank you for being such a genuine and kind content creator!

This video called me poor for 25 min.

What was the company that bade that little blue pouch the dude hat at 3:50? Sounded like “hard” or “heart” company
I don't understand how some people can stand having that much shit in their pockets
This is played up for the convention. I'm sure a vast majority of these dudes only carry 1-4 of these items at a time in real EDC
Even guys with skinny gears lol
On of them carry 3 knifes in one time. It seems strange.
