      Amazing PvP Maps Toby, thanks!
And practicing Aim briefly before matches helps ME a lot. Especially for the new sniper meta (as you demonstrated in the video), I missed a map with moving objects/ememies, so I made my own: 5011-9885-6831
Do you also usually do a 5-20min aim warmup too or are you straight jumping into 1v1s?
Would be cool if you'd check out my map in private. 😊

As a 16 yr military vet that has seen combat in real life, this video is FACTS people. Something I need to get better at as well, but this isn’t a gimmick. It’s exactly why, when the military isn’t at war, we are constantly training and exercising. So, when that time comes, everything is second nature and muscle memory.

I discovered by chance that something that worked for me for anxiety was playing with no audio. There are times where I want to play but I cant have audio nor headphones so I just use visual cues. It's a bit more challenging but what I discovered when I started doing that, was that i wasnt as anxious in 1v1 or multiple enemies fights. It just felt way calmer. We all know sounds plays a big role in how our brain functions, so eliminating that helped A LOT. After doing it for a while you just get used to the fights not feeling so high stakes and when I play with sound, it's more fun. Give it a try.

Love doing this sometimes, or just listening to music instead of game sounds. It heightens my situational awareness and teaches me helps me lock in harder during combat

      I feel you,
A lot of times my kids are sleeping or just being too loud and I’m not able to have the tv on blast so I’m not able to hear the majority of the time.
Some games it’s a must, some games it’s optional.
      And yes I agree.
Not having sound almost makes you already assume your not gonna get fat / win.
So I accept a early death. And already accepting death like it’s been said in almost every major historical war. Just gives you a advantage.

I’ve been searching for a video about this for forever and FINALLY!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! One tip that I found super helpful in controlling my anxiety, is turning off my spectator count. I noticed that my anxiety skyrocketed when I saw how many people were watching me…turning that off made a massive difference.

I trained in MMA and Brazilian jujitsu and wrestling for two decades. During competition when you do it enough times you learn how to control your reactions to your emotions. Plenty of times when I was competing I felt extremely calm even though you are in a fight. I use this in FN and in life. Let the program do the work. And get comfortable in combat.

I've always had a lot of respect for people that fight for the sport. It takes a lot of courage. I'm 39 now, but I used to dream of being good martial arts and fighting. Now I just lift weights and get strength to help off set my lack of trained fighting skills unfortunately, Lol. I bet someone with 20 years of experience like you could handle pretty much any average man if you had to defend yourself on the streets.

I gotta say.. Every time I get into a game.. I end up going in with the mindset of winning and something goes wrong.. And the problem is always followed by.. WTF, I came in with the purpose of winning and I lose I must suck.. After watching this video.. I learned a lot and will try to remember this isn't for millions of dollars for a win.. And if I somehow lose.. I somehow lost in a competition and forever see myself as a failure.. Thanks to this video.. I truly believe.. It will go a long way.. in making me calm down.. Again I am new to the channel and thus is older content.. But... It's also something we all need to remember and reflect on.. Thank you (bows to sensai)

The two things I struggle with the most is "dropping hot", I avoid all named/medallion POI's because when it feels like there is 10 other people around me it freaks me out. And the other is, poor weapon switching, even though I keep my loadout the same (or close, depending on the game), it feels like in the heat of the moment i forget which slot "x" weapon/item is on

I usually get about 7-12 elims and I find myself panicking in fights especially when the enemy has a nice skin and they’re using things like the grapple. I’m still learning what the best places are to drop and attarchments to run n the best guns and your videos really help. This is a dope vid and some great advice for me personally. I feel like this is an answer to a recent chat in Discord, your addressing this in a video is awesome, because not everyone pays attention to the chat. The thing that is most important is confidence mixed with some fear. I use my anxiety to keep my attention on environment so I know my escapes if I need them. And practice does build confidence, you learn by dying. Because you get to see what went wrong. But don’t get over confident, you can be confident and make dumb decisions. And you can be anxious and make smart ones.

Just like every historical war or battle, one big factor in winning for me is play and start the match accepting you’ll most likely be killed early on. Or atleast be unable to hit #1.
Get use to that mind set of being okay with loosing.
And once you do that, you’ll play smooth and calm cause if you do die it’s almost expected and when you win it makes those W’s all the more worth it.

Nice video as always Toby!! The thing that bothers me the most lately is that right after I lose, I diminish myself and get really frustrated and disappointed at my performance at the game. I often end up at 2° place and that's it. Maybe it all has to do with my mental state that is not the healthiest lately, a lot of bad thoughts running in my mind, because I really didn't used to let this sort of stuff get to me before

Another tip, play duos with a much weaker player. My son and I play. I carry business case and heals, he rushes duos. Occasionally I get to revive him, but we win (non-ranked) quite a lot now.

It's only in for as long as the tmnt mythics are in the game... it's the closest thing to them.

@TobyWanShinobi I figured as much. Still, layout and size of the map is fun... I've went back to it a few times already. Thanks for the time and effort on it! ✌️

I just know that I'll win. I'm self assured in knowing it's just a game I just have a knowing. Too much to explain here. If I lose then I just start again 😎 also you Obi-Wan Kenobi 😁🙌🏼 have helped me tremendously so thank you

I do agree with practicing in similar situations to actual gameplay. One of the reasons I was turned off from the zero build pit map this season was it just feels completely different from real matches. Nothing looks the same, the buildings are completely different, you can't destroy anything, you have literal wall hacks. I just didn't feel like it was a good practice area for me and left.
