Hi Ivan. I am reaching my 6th year in investment bank. I am currently going through burn out for maybe 2 years. I would like to bring myself out but very afraid to take action due to wariness and criticism. My introvert personality & analysis paralysis made myself to develop doomer mentality + stress myself + belittle myself. My husband also bothered by my low energy and pessimism in the house. Every morning i feels tired (lack of exercise also) and dragging my soul to work. I am aware this is mental obstacles i must overcome and recently am going through some counselling. I know that there's something more i can accomplish in life. More importantly , i wish i can recover soon and carry myself back again. Appreciate Ivan & Jin for making this episode, gives me strength that things will be better in time if we move forward. Keep up the good work!
Hi KimKim good to hear from you, Jin here. I can relate to your situation and I understand why you feel that way itself. Perhaps instead of a huge leap, try to take a small leap, one at a time. Try to pick up a new hobby, a new side income; as long as you make some progress. It's good that you're aware of your own mental obstacles as well as your negative feelings, just don't run from it again. Fight it! You got our support! 😁 (Jin)

其实进行的方式很简单:
16小时空腹里,睡眠占了8小时,所以只需想好剩下的8小时如何处理:
睡醒后的第4小时才吃第一餐,这样就剩最后4小时要解决:
剩下的4小时是睡前的4小时吃最后一餐
8小时内进食的间隔:
第0小时 - 第一餐
第4小时 - 第二餐
第8小时 - 第三餐
一开始建议从1212做起,适应后,就1311,然后1410,再然后159,最后就168,慢慢调整,让身体能够有足够的时间适应

很多人讲贾玲因为有钱所以减肥很容易。我只想说他们没有减过肥。只是cross fit这件事情都让我想死了+ 控制饮食。真的很难很难
