i made these and they were extremely moist, a bit too much, so i think you should add some oat or almond flour. Also, only use 1 tbsp or less of cocoa powder, has a really overpowering (somewhat bitter) taste. Also depending on the size and container, you may need to cook for more. however it's actually good for a 5 minute dessert if you use these tips.
It depends on the size banana that you used. I love dark chocolate. Dark chocolate has a bit of a bitter taste and that is why I like it. I am not a fan of overly sweetened chocolate .
Usually you have to add double the amount of sugar/sweetener ratio to cocoa powder no wonder it was bitter 😅. And yea it seems like it needs some type of flour....
I cooked this yesterday, but I added a bit of flour and baked it in an oven for at least 20 minutes until it was not wet anymore and it turned out great.
You should really opt out from microwaving to air fyer or a mini oven instead! Microwaves cause cancer , take it from my family you don’t want to risk the surgeries because of the thing. Better options are there take them!
Hello i just tried your recipe !!! It was delicious!!! What i did was I put 1 medium sized banna More than half of a tbsp of coca power (unsweetened) 1 egg And 2 and a half tbsp of maida (all purpose flour) And a pinch of baking soda I will definitely make it again !!
I just made these. Amazing. I loved the texture, and I do like the darker chocolate taste, so they were perfect. I'll make them again and let them cool off, I like these types of desserts cold. I'm a total sweet tooth, everything they have at stores is so high sugar and high fat, and this has none. Thank you. I'm so happy you showed up on my feed. You're so creative.

I’ve tried it Really yummy and the banana flavor wasn’t obvious at all! But 2min wasn’t enough the middle didn’t bake well so I added time and it turned out delicious
Delicious! Cacao powder is a super healthy addition to this - it’s full of antioxidants, supports heart health, and even helps boost your mood. Plus, it’s rich in nutrients like magnesium and iron.
These were great, I’d add sweetener the next time but they’re less than 300 cals, and over all pretty good, if you like banana bread you’ll like these, they’re a good breakfast, filling, cheap. Also, my microwave needed 3:30 minutes to bake them properly.
I made this and I needed to microwave them for 8 minutes in an 800 watt microwave. They were still a little moist: spongy on the inside - maybe because I microwaved them in a bowl, not a tray, but I am thankful to have found this recipe - it worked well for me. Next time I'll add just a little less cacao, but still something I will come back to. Thank you for the recipe!
I just made these for the first time and they were great. Super moist and I just used a microwave safe bowl. They have a ton of trapped air that keep it from being eggy.
Followed the whole recipe. The only thing that I had to do differently was to microwave it 1 more minute, check it, then give it another minute, because the middle still looked uncooked. However, it turned out great.
This is amazing like truly however we need to learn how to eat whatever we want and have more self control rather than not having the real thing ,i tried this and it doesn't taste like real brownies, it's so good tho but idk I'm bad at articulating my thoughts but my point is eat whatever you want just pay attention at the quantity that's it
I just made them and they turned out great! the only thing I'd mention is that there not very sweet, so if you want it more sweeter I'd recommend putting some type of sugar in the batter or else it'll be very bland and dark chocolaty
I made these and they were awesome! I tweaked the recipe to meet my dietary goals. 1 Banana 🍌 1 Egg 🥚 1 TBS cocoa powder 🍫 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder 🫙 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt 🧂 1 scoop protein powder 💪🏻 15g white chocolate chips 🍫 Microwave 3 mins ⏰ Top with whipped cream 🧁 338 cals - 32g protein Amazing warm, fresh, quick and very satisfying. Good and healthy recipe! But I made these and they were exetremely moist and wet even though I added 3 tablespoon flour and microwaved it for 5 mins and it still wasn't cooked properly. This is a tip for the people who want to try it.Anyways, the taste was light and quite good.
I used an oven!!! How I did it below: - I have natural cocoa, so I used 1/4 or so tsp baking soda. If your cocoa is dutch, use the powder. - I added maybe 1/3 cup to 1 cup of oat flour. - I added a couple tbl of milk - I baked it for 12 min at 350 F. It came out like a moist pancake, but very good with honey drizzled on top!
I made it but I used hot coco powder instead which is basically the same thing and tbh it tasted pretty alright lol A bit weird but some cream would’ve been nice on it
