@@IndiaDelgado I use a platform called Simple Practice. It is HIPPA compliant and allows me to store documents to send, use electronic contracts, save client notes, message clients (text & email), video/audio conference and take automated payments.

It really is amazing! There is so much more can you do with it as well! Make sure you check out the option for how far in advance they can book you, so if you want at least 24 hours before someone books something with you, you can change the option. The default is 4 hours.
