Sometimes it feels like the hardest thing to make yourself do, but a ten minute walk when you're feeling that rage or the depression or whatever else- can totally change the game. Ideally you can go by yourself and just breathe and let your mind wander, but if you have to stick the kiddos in the stroller or wear the little one...still worth it. It just resets the whole tone for the rest of the day.

I heard this one lady get rid of excess bowls and kitchen stuff and it made their everyday so much easier because she cleans and washed what they needed and used everyday and there was excess and pileup. I loved her thought and idea. I am not there myself but would like to be. When we moved three years ago I got rid of a lot and it did make it seem less burdensome for me.

    Hi Rosie!
Self care unfortunately doesn’t cut it, self care does not make the gray cloud go away. Unfortunately the only thing is medication. Medication made a world of difference it truly helps. I have been where you are. Take one day and step at a time. Speak to someone. House work used to overwhelm me beyond imagine. Do one room at a time. You can’t do it all in one day. Prayers for
    you from Texas.

I like to listen to Phil Wickham's and Mitch Wong's music. They're Christian artists.
Girl, the apron belly, I KNOW... I've had one like all my life, even childhood. Apparently it's caused by a lot of stress/cortisol. But yeah after children and more weight gain it's obviously worse. But I lost 45 pounds and it's changed significantly. Its like every 5 pounds I saw a difference. I have lose skin already and I know I'll have more once I lose all the weight, which I started at 240lbs and I'd like to get to 130. I'm 5'5", but thats better than having it all inflated haha. I wear bike shorts under everything to hold, flatten and smooth it out and that helps a lot. You've got this, you know what to do you, just have to do it.
Doing self care after a lifetime of depression is super hard and feels weird but it's necessary. You deserve to feel good physically and bring out your positive attributes. When I first got into self care I thought it was just too much and expensive and unnecessary stuff like the face shaping stones, the multi product hair care, skin care routines. Like most days I wasn't even brushing my teeth! I can't and don't want to do all of that. So I just simplified it all. There's nothing wrong with just using a leave in hair conditioner, regular body lotion, little bit of face wash and moisturizer, not trying to reshape my face and body with oil and stones, drinking lots of water, eating healthy and getting good sleep and going for walks. And I'm a mom of 2 toddlers too and that's all achievable for me. We're trying to make our lives better not harder to manage. You could definitely film some of that too like trying out new things/routines.
Love the videos, always checking if you put out another one. I like to watch them when I'm on the treadmill at the gym. I try to walk 30 mins or more everyday. I know it seems like you can never get away or spending time at a gym seems like a lot when you have children but compare that chunk of time at the gym to the many hours you have with children and it's bad quality because youre stressed and depressed. I went to the gym a lot as a teen but now as a mom it has a whole new meaning because it makes me experience myself and I have to prove to myself who I am and what I'm capable of, not to my family. My gym is in a small town, not that big but all I really need is 1 treadmill and I'm good. If you went to a gym your first thought might be "everyone is looking at me, ugh!" But after years of experience I can guarantee you no one is looking and theyre only looking at themselves... Intensely hahaha xD
There's a girl on YT that had a similar situation and body type as us and she lost almost all the weight just by walking and the gym. Here's an mini-doc of her journey but her YT is called LouisesJourneyxo

I think it looks great, making space on a surface really helps. The only advice I can give is don't put too much pressure on yourself to make too many changes all at once because it's hard to maintain them all,& try not to be so hard on yourself (easier said than done I know).

Great work Rosie! As a mom of four I completely relate to you to putting myself last. I have learned to allow myself that time more because it is vital for our mental health even if that means treating myself to a coffee and if the kids are with me having them understand that this time around Im only getting myself something just something as simple as that. And there are other things as well. I can also relate to the kids being more attached to my hip than their dads. My youngest is two and he definitely follows me around a lot more than my husband and it can be so tasking at times when I'm trying to get stuff done. So what i do is give him some snuggles and then hand him off to my husband if he's around and walk completely out of the room to tackle another area in the house. Remember to take one thing at a time, that can be hard as a mom and just being a human being outside of being a mom. Just drinking water does wonders something i desperately need to implement. Take it day by day and remember that you are enough and fully embrace it ❤.

Ok second comment 🤪 I got diagnosed with pmmd back in 2019. I went in out of desperation because i seriously couldn’t handle anything. I was so upset, rage-y, and would spiral at the dumbest things! The doctor said what usually helps is hormonal birth control to even out your hormones a bit, but that’s just not something I felt comfortable with. I ended up on anxiety meds, which has helped tremendously. I do still have those highs and low hormone swings, but much less dramatic. Another thing that helps me when I’m getting into one of those phases, is getting out of my normal environment as much as possible (which is hard with kids, but so worth it!) and also spending time with people who I know I enjoy being around! (Other than just my family I see everyday) I hope that helps!!

So a lot of Declutter coach like Midwest Magic, Carla Project and apace saver method say do a small section or area at a time. Do a 3 ft section at a time and have a bin to relocate stuff at that moment In Time to prevent going from place to place or room to room. Have the bag, box or bin and work for short periods of time in smaller sections. Best wishes to you and you can do it. Just do at your pace:)). I binge on snacks and food too. You are not alone. Ahh we have the same teal beautiful mug.

you asked at the beginning about audio quality with the microphone, and I use headphones for a lot of the videos that I watch because of sincere issues and I found throughout the video the audio is honestly a little one sided. I don't know if that it because of mic placement or if it is just from my headset. Has anyone else noticed anything like this? Other than the audio I wanted to tell you that I have been watching your videos since you started, and I have always enjoyed them and how you go about your days. I have a lot of the same issues as you have stated having in previous videos and I just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration and motivation. Love you Bestie!

You may be experiencing some emotional dysregulation related to ADHD ( I can't remember if you have that or not) and fluctuating blood sugar levels can exacerbate that. A lot of the what you describe sound so similar to my relationship with food which is heavily influenced by my ADHD. Binge eating, body dysmorphia, using food to stimulate, soothe, dissociate. Maybe something to discuss with. your therapist to see if they can screen for it. It could be the PMMD as well. Honestly the demands of parenting my very attached children were so difficult to navigate in light of the ADHD and I had very little support for my own needs and goals. I hope you are able to find your way through your situation. I love that you don't give up on yourself.

Great idea to put the microwave on the shelves! Your kitchen will be so much more functional. I was only able to hear the sound through part of the video before I had to mute it and use the closed captioning. We've brought a 93-year-old relative in to live with us. I have the 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. shift, and I was hoping to watch my RUclips videos. The sound bothered her, so I muted it. I thought the voice over was great as well as the microphone. I don't particularly like cleaning sounds or water running. I'd much rather listen to you! Maybe your husband could take your son for a walk outside in the stroller or take both your children. That would be so helpful when you're trying to clean and declutter. It'll also get your son more used to your husband. Just a suggestion. As far as not having space to store the donate bags, could your mother or your husband drop them off? Time your decluttering trash well before trash day so the dumpster will be empty. I'm excited for you to start school again. Good luck! Take care, Linda 🦋

You’re cute, and no offense but it still sounds like libary. I’m being honest with you. It’s not silent r, it’s just a lot of people don’t say it at all. I did hear you say the r once. Lol. Please tell me sometimes your hubby helps you! Seems like you do more than your share. I’m rooting for you. Don’t be too hard on yourself. We all need an extra hand sometime!
