Aw man, I have 5 of them all. I mean, I just can't stop thinking of the past, what I did something wrong or she did something wrong. I can't think straight even though the problems were in front of us.
It's a really good thing to recognize these! Recognizing them is the first step to being able to *do* something about them. When I first start working with members they have the same reaction "oh damn I got work to do" but soon enough once you start to unpack them you can stop them from holding you back and start moving yourself forward! :)
I don’t know why I didn’t realize I was doing this. Ive recognized it in so many other parts of my life for a long time. I wish id known this 2 months ago😢😢 We had been together for 10 years until he left me 2 months ago. We had broken up and gotten back together so many times in those 10 years but this one is final. He complained about a lack of affection but I think it was because i was always resentful for something irresponsible he had done or said. I thought he was the porcupine but maybe it was me. Ive been in severe pain since he left but im starting to learn to love myself and that helps a lot. I didn’t understand why he left angry.
It can feel confusing and *final* final in many ways, some of my members had been split up for *years* and still turned things around and reconciled. Ok very weird and off topic question but what if a boy looks completely like him mom like completely same nose same eyes same lips so would he still look like a boy? And im only talking about face wise
