Your mobile port is usb 3.0 although your mobile doesn't support usb 3.0/3.1/3.2. Most probably all type c mobile comes with type c port with usb 2.0 technology. So you will get maximum transfer rate is 60MBps not 200MBps (which is mention on pendrive).

The transfer speed is exceeded to 120mbps. But Yeah this pendrive is not suitable for "this" phone (don't know about others phone) as it always ask for "format the data" whenever I connect this pendrive to my Redmi 9 prime.

Are you using it for mobile or computer? If you are using it for mobile and it is not working, probably your mobile doesn't support this pendrive. If it is not working on the computer too then return it or complain on the website.
