Bless HER!!! It is a SIN that information that WE paid for is not unavailable. Thanks for letting us in on how to access. I appreciate all of your time, energy, and hard work that goes into this labor of love. May your grandmother be honored always.

c'mon ... don't you realize what he's doing? deliberately draws attention to her and even reveals some details that are not for everyone's ears. he wants to achieve the exact opposite, so that only he can continue to read the studies to us.

I work in biotech and Sci-hub is instrumental for us without infrastructure in place. As a grad student, post doc, and industry researcher I have written, edited and reviewed papers to which I have received no compensation and have to pay to access my own work. These journals are scamming all of us and hindering progress across the board. Alexandra for the Nobel.

Wow, Doc Greger with the culture jamming! Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention, and for cheekily letting everyone know how to support this scientific endeavor as periodic crackdowns occur!

Absolutely astounded Dr Greger! About 6 years ago i stumbled across your good self,,,it occurs to me now, that were something to happen to you, thousands of people , people like me and everyone else trusting in you and yours, would have to live a life less informed, less hopeful, less healthy, less gobsmacked, so much less dr Greger, if not for you. May that day be far far away❤ Thanks for all that you do

Dozens of dollars for a single article? Lol. I’ve seen articles in some journals that required hundreds of dollars for a single paper.

even for those of us with access, the paywalls are so cumbersome, and there are so many different ones, that it is easier and faster just to go to scihub to get what we have a right to have anyway. The whole system is irretrievably broken. Even worse, incidentally, these journals still CHARGE RESEARCHERS to publish in them, and while it's true that there are costs to printed copies, those costs are already paid for by the subscribers many times over. Can you imagine these rapacious @**holes have the nerve to charge scientists for the privilege of publishing? How much do you think it costs them to review the article? Zero, it's done by other scientists who do it for reputation. So they literally provide near zero value. They do typeset the journal, and they do print (a bit) on paper. The criminals are the executives of the companies doing the publishing, who make their living by stealing other people's work.
