You are so good at this. What I’m noticing in watching videos like yours and other well knowledged pagans is that the corresponding herbs for things are very different for what I’d use, and others into folk magic, would use in hoodoo. I find it so interesting!
For me at least, I think there's a massive impact from how I connect to plant spirits (devas) and the lessons that teaches me when it comes to individual recipes. This recipe is actually quite old now, so what we learn grows, and how we feel evolves, so we may change our minds over time.
@@starryeyedlillady I couldn’t agree more. I love using roses for protection and I’m sure that sounds crazy to some practitioners. I like learning what other casters use their herbs for and will go back and touch the herb, see if that vibration resonates with me, etc.
