Please do a Bosch video. I love this frame idea so much I am building one for my garage with custom frames instead of ikea frames. I have a hard time keeping things organized so by eliminating horizontal work spaces I’m hoping to make my shop less cluttered and frustrating to work in. Lmk if you’re interested in seeing my final product!
Do a Makita power tool wall with screwdrivers and a hammer etc these videos are so inspiring for us at home watching you in every video you do the step by step walk through with your subscribers as well as viewers
I’ve got one of the Stanley roller tool boxes that I use to store spray bottles of wood stains for use when I’m turning wood. I really want to use shadow foam but can’t get my head around how to make best use of the depth. I hope you’re at makers central again this year as I’m going to speak to you about it and how I can do it properly 👍🏻
Really good video! The foam looks like a great idea. Currently converting my garage at home into a little workshop and that will come in perfect for storing some of my tools! Will have to get an order in very soon!
Nice finish to the Skil Power Tool Wall. Not sure about storing the grinder in parts though, that will become be a pain to assemble every time it gets used.
@@ShadowFoam I guess he's referring to the guard and handle for the grinder? Did you do that so you could place the grinder sideways with the SKIL logo visible? When I do this I think I would prefer to leave the guard, handle, and probably a disk installed on the grinder.
@@ShadowFoam I’m just still amazed at how good things look and how easy the foam seems to be to work with. Once I’ve managed to get the new house fully furnished I will definitely be looking to get some new tools and do some sort of project
I'm curious about how you keep some of the heavier tools from falling out. Like that circular saw that is sticking halfway out, is there a magnet or velcro or something holding it in?
I'd love to know what you think of PowerPlus tools (their pro range is called PowerPro) I thought they were a knock-off brand but apparently they're a Belgian brand from Varo (That also have the budget handtools and toolboxes Kreator brand). Thought about picking up an electric screwdriver from them but the store guy started laughing when I asked where they were in quality on a scale between Bosh green and Bosh blue. So I went to the Aldi nextdoors and got me a Ferrex that was on sale for €50 instead until I can make my mind up. Also, have you done anything on lab glassware with shadowfoam yet?
@@ShadowFoam tried it both ways, watched most of the videos about it and still looks awful. Even bought the spinning smoothing bits, don't get me started on those!
tut tut not using the cut proof gloves i see at around 08:40 when cutting in the magnets LOL I would say to go with the Whisky, glasses and whisky stones and maybe a decanter as well

That's an insulation cutter.
They can also be used on dense foam and polystyrene, I believe.
Fantastic! 💪
Looks braw. Great idea, and loving the prices

Hi Curtis, I’d love to do that but funnily enough, I’m really struggling to get my hands on a Makita hammer
@@ShadowFoam I think they may have them on Amazon for roughly £60
@@ShadowFoam they are listed as Makita smooth face claw hammer
Great video never heard of this foam before but it's given me some good ideas for tidying up my tools thanks
Has to be a snack cupboard 😂 Insulation board blade 👍
haha what snacks would you put in there?
@@ShadowFoamJaffa cakes & Old school jelly beans 👌
Outstanding project ideas!
Thanks Billy! Always looking to share ideas!

I’ll be at Makers Central this year, make sure to bring the bottle so I can wrap my head around it and give you my thoughts! 👍

Fair enough point, what would you have stored in there?

@@rsporsche I did, I like seeing all the logos together the same way around
A bit of a quirky suggestion but you could do a wall of cheap knockoff Amazon, wish, Temu, etc.. power tools like a wall of shame? 🤷🏻♂️
I do plan on covering some of those in the future!

The last you show it is to cut foam
I'm curious about how you keep some of the heavier tools from falling out. Like that circular saw that is sticking halfway out, is there a magnet or velcro or something holding it in?
I cut them in tight and the foam keeps them in place
@@ShadowFoam thanks for the reply! And do you cut the foam at an inward angle to create a lip or just straight in at 90°?
i cut it at 90 degrees but snug, you could do it at an upward angle to create a lip if you want though, i see that working too
Great job, but I'm going to upgrade to regular shelves and drawers
That’s fair enough! You could always Shadow Foam those drawers!

Got a new task how about a motorcycle helmet glasses and gloves and face mask for all the Harley riders to hang in garage? When done send me it😊
Haha it’s not a bad idea there mate!
Big cigars 😉
What brand?
The foam I got from you doesn't peel off it just rips and looks awful
Are you chasing the tear along or pulling it from one edge like a banana?

Can't find any 50x50 SANNAHED frames in black in Germany, only the white ones :(
Easy enough to paint them black
@@ShadowFoam I probably will, but it's not that easy when you live in an apartment.
do you sell to the U.S. ?
Yes we do at www.shadowfoam.com
thank you.@@ShadowFoam
