Best Teaching Pro on the planet doesn't have the name Cowen, Gankas or Haney in it. The name is Dahlquist. Dana is simply the best. Always a pleasure watching your vids Dana. Much love from Canada.
You are the best. Wish you still had your website. Every time I see your name I think of the podcast you did with Clod Harmon where he dissed Mac for saying how important P6/P7 was. And you were silent. What a diplomat you are. Mac was a mad genius.
Dana, love your instruction. For me, to make the RUclips videos better: 1. Use landscape instead of portrait on phone or camera. 2. Mic the student so we can hear their questions and responses to you. 3. Demonstrate in view what you are instructing and demonstrating to the student. Thanks for posting this!
Changing irons. Titleist t 200 lost distance. Got fitted ; down to Wilson Dynapower forged irons or Mizuno 223. Lessons by you in person would help. Any ideas on the 2 clubs. Hit 6 irons Srixon zx5 mark ii, Titleist t 200 again, cobra. And another. Obviously, not a game changer
Ok for “most amateur golfers. Probably so” helps reduce Ribcage pelvis location getting to pre-set open at address. Obviously I’m saying this if that group of golfers hits slices ect.
Am I seeing correctly that his old back swing was more of a lateral movement of the hips and upper body instead of more rotational getting his right hip behind him earlier?
My uninformed guess is that because the backswing length gets progressively shorter as the club gets shorter (in general), there is less "time" to get back left with the short clubs, so you need to pressure left relatively earlier.

I agree on all your points. Great instructor but we cannot visually see what he’s demonstrating to the student.

Dana, would you recommended Tyler Ferrell as someone who has similar golf swing philosophies as yourself?
I know Tyler quite well. He is very knowledgeable about the swing for sure.
I understand that these lessons are specific to the player, but should most players slightly bump the pelvis towards the target at address?

@@ddahlquist Thank you sir, big fan of your teachings.

Yes correct!
On the way with my mower 😊
Yes please. Need all the help we can haha
@@ddahlquist keep those shears/scissors sharp 🔪
@@ddahlquist Do they have electric mowers in the US yet 😂
why don't show coach motion?
Why get pressure left earlier the higher the loft?
That would take a good video to explain..maybe I’ll do one on that topic. Good question.

So you can push up and spin the way backward. Helps pull club up
