Hi thank you for your comment. The foam block I used was this one amzn.to/3Q6d1YF. The size of the block I used was 23.01 x 11 x 8 cm I then just cut it down slightly so that it would fit inside the flower box. Hope this helps you.

What does it look like without the box ?
Do you ever find it necessary to add weight to the bottom of the box?
No, I have always found the weight of the chocolate in the foam was always enough.
