Totally agree. The Fame was more like disco stuff and with real instruments, like a solid pop. The Fame Monster was sort of dark with heavy beats. But BTW was just crazy; it has the best beats, every song has its own sign and even every song is different from the previous one, they all connect. I know ARTPOP will be the craziest thing ever

This annoys me about the music industry. Gaga's got some killer songs she wants to put on Artpop, but has said herself that radio might not be ready for it. I bet some great, potentially groundbreaking music won't make it on the album because of this, just because radio stations will be too afraid to play them.
It may also be because Judas sounds far too much like Bad Romance, right down to the arrangement of the lyrics and being about a bad romance.

Just use your ears, you have them for a reason. It's obvious that instrumentals must emphasize one's vocal ability, but Lady Gaga has such an amazing voice... Piano + Gaga = Perfection!

Fuckin' US. They didn't want to play it because of lyrics. And they play many other songs that are more "controversal" then this one.
Born This Way Era didn't "flop". It just wasn't as popular as Fame or Fame Monster. But I think it has been her best album yet. I mean it was incredible. But ARTPOP will be unstoppable and HUGE. Guaranteed.

Yep. People are just too lazy to search for her lives peformaces. One good example is The Edge of Glory live on the Born This Way Ball, only her and the piano, and amazing vocals.

it only dropped like that because DJs were afraid to play it. it's not because ppl as a whole didn't like in in fact most ppl didn't like "born this way"(song) when it came out and then Judas happened and the immediate reaction was almost 100% positive(fan wise) across the board the subject matter is wut scared DJ's and kept it off the radio not the fan reaction

He was probably talking about the quality of the music. The song flopped (IN THE US) because they didn't want to play it because of the lyrics, and instead they would play Born This Way. But Judas did reach #10 in billboard hot 100 at least.
