First things first, I love love love love LOOOOOVVEEEE this song, as do many of you. Disney knocked it out of the park with this one, and I can't WAIT for the sequel (crosses fingers)! As for the song itself; easily the hardest song I've ever recorded xD Those high notes, and those incredibly low bass notes were not exactly tailored for a male to sing, but I gave it my best effort! Typical guy has 2 or 3, I have 4, Caleb has-what? 5? 6?
And most of my range is my chest voice cus I'm naturally a bass but Caleb seems to have a lot of range in his head voice, not just his normal chest.

This may be an odd kind of question, but for a teen like me (!7 years old), how can someone practice trying to get better at high notes by themselves? I just tried, and found that I can sing as low as E3, and up to C6, although getting that high is a little shaky, but manageable. I've only had about 1 year of actual training (High school Chorus class), and was lead singer in the male section, and could sing pretty well, but when the final came around, I chose a song that was a little too above my range, and at one certain part, had to stop before I strained my voice (The song was Hell to your Doorstep from the Count of Monte Cristo musical). So maybe a few tips, cause I've always been trying my best to sing high parts, and found that over time, it is getting a easier little by little, but it always gets a little nasally. If you can reply, or maybe someone else with equal experience, that would honestly make me really happy.
Me: If I find a male version maybe I could sing this song.

About 6 years ago, when my boyfriend and I got together, we used to listen to this all the time. We'd send it back and forth to each other, almost like rickrolling at times. Now, 6 years later, we're going to have it playing at our wedding. Thank you Caleb!

When he started off in a lower octave I was thinking, meh, it's alright, but this isn't a low voice song. Then came the second verse. Wow. And the Eb5 at the end was friggin amazing. His vocal range is epic.

@@Stettafire Check Dimash Kudaibergen. He can easilly get to F5 or higher. His is highest in "masculine" voice is B5, in head voice it is F6 and in whistle a powerful D8!!

Caleb is about on par with one I found by philsterman10. I would have said that phil's was better if it wasn't for his voice failing a few times in the last 45 seconds. Some come close, but I say these two are the best.
