Yes, use minimum preset and 100% resolution scale and 1080p, you'll get 60-100 FPS most of the time

around the same FPS, maybe slightly better because the game's performance got a bit better than in the beta (as long as the CPU doesn't bottleneck)

Yes, you can easily play with basic preset 1080p with around 70-120 FPS
