This is the type of show I remember. Not the highest quality recording, but this one captures exactly what I miss. There was something truly magical about these shows and the people who were there. I loved singing along an dancing with all of you wonderful people. You will always be a part of some of my fondest memories.

Ahhh this was the Not So Acoustic Christmas show that 106.5 put on. If I recall correctly Marcy's Playground was there as well. I was at this show. Amazing to see this online this many years later. I love all his solo work, but the band had so much energy.
Saw them do a very similar setlist about nine months earlier, in March '97, in a tiny club in Paris. My pal was a big fan and dragged me along. One of the best and most memorable shows I've ever seen. Thanks, John!
I saw the Five about 6 times beginning in 95. They never failed to burn the house down. Sadly with more fame came more pressure , overambition, and Ben's ego getting bigger than it had been.

This is peak ben folds five (pre-breakup imo), they're playing is so tight, and that intro to Fair is incredible !!!
Saw them a few months earlier in upstate New York. Absolutely blew my mind. Probably still the best show I've ever seen.
No band can explain my teenage years better than Ben Folds Five. Every note, every word. They get it.
god take that audience participation and inject it into my veins
The battle of who could care less!!! Amazing show BFF!! 💜🦋💫
Amazing and the theme song to the Rockford Files at the end was absolutely perfect.
