All the riffs she plays upon...sounds like a cross from b king, Jimi Hendrix, buddy Guy , and Edgar winter m...she let the blues soak into her soul and out comes a meastro of jazzy blues and soul music ....I hope she records with someone soon....
The date of this concert is wrong. Ally Venable played at the Musiktheater Piano on the 07th of May 2023. Tomorrow they play in Austria and on 10th of May they come back to play in Germany, Bavaria at the Chiemsee, a big lake near the city of Traunstein.
I've played guitar since I was 12 years old, I am now 72 years old. Personally I'm not crazy about the Blues, it has to be on the level of SRV before I can listen to it for very long. But good music is good music. Now this young lady is good, more than just good!
