I have a tips upgrade all your gathering hero to lv 60 increase March capacity by doing March capacity research increase squard load also by doing research and put gathering skill +gathering equipment on hero + use buff 50 % or 25 % increase March capacity+use 50 % gathering efficiency buff start gathering resources before 1 or 2 days before gathering event do not let come troop inside your city gather till full squad load and let come your troop inside city when event Start before starting event you have to gather almost 25 -30 m resources
