Hell yeah 85 and 86 I was 100% in my biggest GIJoe Phase.....had the whale the stingray and terror dome...after that around 88 I started getting more into skateboarding and slowly decreased my g I joe consumption...probably stopped 100% by 90

Great review on Raptor man he was like one of the last figs I picked up before getting out of the line as a kid. Those wings are a nice upgrade from the old cloth one he had. It sucks about the claws and the Falcon he's a definite pickup for me as I got the OG figure it hits the nostalgia button for me 🤙
Opened mine this morning (10-26-24 for when the algorithm acts up in 12yrs)... What a pleasantly fun surprise. Swapped his hands for the hands of, he'll, I don't know...and the clouws (ifkyk) are straight now. Removed the hood....that's a great new head sculpt, don't want to hide it...plus unless he's looking straight, the hood is hindered by its own design and will be crooked and lifted. However, despite those issues, that jet pack is fucking aces. (Thanks hasbro for making the peg and peghole compatible) kind of odd theres no Cobra sigil on the jetpack. Hung him about 5.5" above the floor and out far enough that I can see the pack and the figure. Also helps that I got him for $28...thanks target sale. Always nice to really enjoy a figure that I had pegged as a "skip". Great review jerk!

First review I’ve seen of this figure. Great review. I never had him as a kid but definitely wanted him. Yeah, he was portrayed as a wacko in the comic but he looked cool. Really glad he got a classified update. And glad the jet pack is solid. Now to order him.

Good weird movie and great soundtrack, im a huge Trent Reznor fan!!! Cant believe you already have this dude... i always liked him and never thought he was "goofy" but it sucks for the claws, i had trouble putting them on Nunchuck and i guess it will be the same and that thing on the birds head is stupid... and imo thats not a mullet!

Had Raptor as a kid, but he was more background for me. Looks better than I expected; more of a character for the Marvel Universe. Imagine if Hasbro put this much effort into a ML character... would probably be $49.99
I do wonder if the pace they are on is compromising the details. This figure has lots to enjoy for sure but why include the claws if they aren’t going to fit? Don’t include them. Nunchuck didn’t include any of those other load out pieces. So it’s not a matter of having to include pieces from a single mold. The Falcon is ok. It’s an accessory well sculpted and painted. We of course want an action sculpt to include with his action backpack. Eh it’s just there as a display option. I have a Marvel Legends Redwing from the Toybiz days. I’m curious what does a Classified Crystal Ball look like? It’s gotta be more than just swirly shield to hypnotize. Don’t they use subtle lighting to hypnotize now? Perhaps a light rig to hypnotize or create holograms like freaking Mysterio. He’s be like a techno gypsy. Or they can go all alchemist like a Diablo from Fantastic Four fame. My desired weirdo is Pythona more than most of the others. She needs soft goods cape. I’m sure I’ll have to procure separately. Cool review.
