It seems that eurovision fans are the biggest haters. So discreditfull to the winner. United by music until their fave doesn't win

Yes, the hate is so unnecessary. Nemo absolutely deserves to win
The haters react nastily to Nemo's victory for two reasons: some are homophobic, others are jealous that their country didn't win. No matter who the winner is every year, the jealous ones always hate when the winner is not from their fave. Even if the winner delivered a perfect performance like this year, they hated him. Zero tolerance from large parts of an audience that pretends to be tolerant.
Here’s my thoughts on this- I would have loved this song REGARDLESS of what country sent it in. One of the *few* advantages of being from US during Eurovision season is there’s no real location bias so I don’t care about neighboring countries or my own country’s song (since there are none) so I can honestly, genuinely say that from as objective of a view as possible the juries absolutely got this one right and they picked the clear best song- and Nemo also won the best Composer Award as well for the best songwriting as well before the Grand Finals. Which was very deserved.
Between the O's and 1's. Non binary. From masculine Rap to Feminine Opera. Non binary. The move at the end is from The Matrix where Neo breaks the Code.
The song is very strong.
Also what code do they think Nemo are breaking, it is not the da vinci's one.
@@vanished2667 Do.. do you really not understand? There is a thing called binary. Black and white. Good and evil. 1's and O's in computer language. Nemo says they are non binary. Meaning they are not black or white but grey. They are not Good nor Evil but complex. As the song lyrics go, They are in-between the 1's and O's. They are non binary. Get it?

You are absolutely correct about Nemo’s always-smiling personality. I have met Nemo a few times (first time when they were still a teenager doing only Swiss German rap) - always smiling!

Nemo has many insane talents ... but you missed one: 1:32 being a part of the composing team.
3:33 You mention the "deep and dark" lyrics - at 5:33 "somewhere between the 0's and 1's" Nemo gives a clearer hint, that the song is about finding out about their non-binary identity ("I went to hell ...") and finally accepted it ("... and back").
Self-(co)-composing allows to show off the huge range of their voice as well as the rap skills.
They deserved all of the successfully they got congratulations Nemo.
He was my favorite, though I expected him to be 2-3 just because people were more crazy about some other really good entries. Now I will go to hell and back protecting this wonderful human being from hate they receive just for topping their game

Holy love, finally a good reaction video to this! Insightful, emotional and focussed. Some people think just sitting there motionlessly and silently is a "reaction", some just say some random stuff unrelated to what's happening on screen. Nemo is in my opinion of of the greatest winners ever but sadly many hate on them because their either queer hater or they wanted someone else to win and can‘t except it. But how can you look at this and not support it 100%??
It‘s one of the best performances, song and vocals i‘ve ever seen and heard. I was in the arena and started crying it was so good.

Swiss normally known for being a pretty typical male power ballad but this was NOT that at all lol.
Also this is my fav ESC song of all time and I could not be any more thrilled Nemo my GOAT won.

My favourite winner of all time, and I'm old af,53, so seen them all (before I was born;not live obviously, but what's recorded) I listen and watch this performance or the video very often. Follow Nemo in every forum there is. Cred where cred is due ❤

Switzerland had the best performer (by far), France the best song. Greece, Portugal and Armenia were really good, but kind of simular. Switzerland won, because there was nothing close to it since Netta.
While the song from France definitely was amazing, the stage performance was... well, not really there.

I thought Israel actually had the best song. Croatia was the most fun to watch. And then there's this, which is just out of this world fantastic and unique. Deserved winner indeed.
He is smiling because he broke the code. Found himself. The lyrics is about his juerney to get there. So much symolism in this song. The first time he climbed the disc, his struggles uphill etc etc

Oh please! The ESC public voting is infamous for political voting unrelated to the song. It's more relevant what countries are your neighbor or share your worldview than who is performing well. The jury, for all its imperfections, at least tries to concentrate on the music. And Nemo blew everyone out of the water in this regard.

It really annoys me that everyone always writes that Croatia should have won. Now it's not like Croatia was really good, but they just didn't win. You'd better be happy for the wonderful song that Switzerland brought😊
@@user-qx2zv3wf3r I think the main Issue people have with this is that the majority of people in Europe actually wanted Croatia to win. Croatia won the peoples Vote. Switzerland was 5th in this regard and won only because it got an overwhelming amount of points from the jury for reasons only they and ESC organisators know. Thats like what? 37 countries x 5 people in each jury. Take that against millions who voted for Croatia to win. Its the same shit as last year where Finland should've won.

Switzerland always my only and fist choice for winner. Nemo is fenomenal! My top 5 after the show: 5. Portugal 4. Italy 3. Croatia 2. Armenia 1. Switzerland
