Not at all, it's the small sensor, no animal eye tracking, no dynamic range etc etc on this bridge cameras. The non mirrorless market has been killed by smart phone so canera company's are concentrating on their bigger more expensive cameras.

I'm thinking of moving from DSLR to bridge camera, for portability and price.
Sadly all bridge cameras are now out of date with old tech. Things have moved on a bit since the last new one.
