    I’ve been here before. I went from non-M8 to M8 and now I’m at Neo Beta. It’s a gateway drug to comfortable boots.

    Sensational....I will definitely try and pick up a pair of the black cross-stitched Morelia's using the Buyee method you showed previously. Can't wait to place the order and receive the boots! I have never played in Morelia's before in my life so I'm very excited to try 🤟 Thanks for the informative video once again mate

    Expecting to get my special editions from Japan in the next week but if I'm not happy with the width I'll wait until January to order another pair... It'll be the 40th anniversary and I've noticed every five years they've been making an incremental improvement to the Morelia 2 and they reveal it in January, there's no news online anywhere at the moment, I'm sure it's top secret but I think they will tweak something or at the very least release an amazing special edition!

      Amazing, this is great info! In regards to the width of your feet and how the Morelia will adapt, I'd suggest you have at least 3 to 4 good training sessions/games with it before the final judgement. The k-leather from Morelia's is top quality and they mold to your feet adapting the exact shape of your feet after sometime, it's a great model for wide feet as well!
      If you get to know about the new changes for the new Morelia's coming in January, please comment here!!! Thanks for contributing :)

    I have the black MIJ without Cross stiching. The best boot i ever had. Remembers me to good old times where the big Brands use K Leather. When you play at this times you know what i mean. Nowadays the big Brands are useless, Bad quality and no comfort, just design and colorway for unreal high prices. The only other Brand i would try will be Adler. Have fun with your nice boots

      Hello hello buddy, I agree with you 100%!!! I have the plan to make more videos about other k-leather boots as well!!! One day!

    Got a few questions.
    1. Did you order them online from Japan? Hard to find in EU.
    2. How thick is the leather upper compared to something like Copa Mundial? Thicker thinner?
    3. Do the studs offer traction on damp grass? Seems pretty similar to Copas, which i don't like when wet.
    4. İs the fit same as Alphas? (Had to go 1.5 euro size down from Nike)
    Looking for modern leather copas pretty much. Recently grabbed the Diadora Maximus (full padded leather with a modern outsole) and they seem to fit the bill.

      Hello hello buddy:
      1) Yes, I ordered my boots directly from Japan (via Mizuno Japan website, via Buyee distribution) - I have a full detailed video in my channel about "HOW TO BUY";
      2) As a user of both Copas and Morelias, the Morelias are thinner and better selected premium k-leather - outstanding quality;
      3) The studs are conical but some have a thicker base in some areas (not all equal like the Copa's). If the grass is just wet, they will work perfectly well, amazing performance; but if the grass is muddy, those are not the boots for that, grass and mud will get stuck and will be annoying, hence for mud and very wet grass, best option would be something like the Adidas World Cup (excellent btw) or the Morelia 2's for soft ground (SG) with metal studs (versions available on the Mizuno Japanese website);
      4) Totally different from the Alphas, completely different animals. The Morelia 2's M8 (cross stitched version) runs true to your average UK size. There's a video in the channel talking about sizes. :)
      I hope the above answer can be of help!

      @@rodgedefender any insole of your choice that is thicker and a bit more cushioning. the laces is anything longer something like 130cm

    How are your white ones in such good condition after 25 matches 😂 I have the white ones regular stitching and they are beat up. No separation on leather though so superb Japanese quality!

      Hello hello buddy! Do you play mostly on artificial grounds? I play 50/50
      Playing on artificial grounds/turf will indeed be tough for them, also keep them hydrated after you wash and dry them (leather care)

    Is it true to size?

    • @rodgedefender
      @rodgedefender  Месяц назад +2

      Hey buddy, thanks for the question. They are true to size to your UK or European number (and never compare your foot nominal size in cm with the japanese size, it won't necessarily work and the boots will be very tight). I made a video talking about all of those details "SIZE TALK".
