You did miss 2 Naruto Jutsu's. You can do Uzumaki Barrage if you press R1 + R2 in the air, and Harem Jutsu if you use Sexy Jutsu with Shadow Clones out.

I don't know why Kisame and Itachi are playable characters in Naruto Uzumaki Chronicles 2. They, along with Sasuke, are the last characters that I unlocked when I played this game.
