Both drivers are idiots.
DUDE HAD NO BLINKER JERKING HIS WHEEL HE DEFF MEANT FOR SOMTHING TO HAPPEN
Nah, several issues with the truckwit
- Veered over without signaling
- By the finger-wagging, obviously doing all this to prevent the cammer from passing
- Refused to move back into their lane despite the danger they were causing
While I see what they mean cammer "could have braked a little", issue is this kinda situation I'd also want to get the FUCK away from this psychopath, and being behind one after they try to prevent a pass never went well for me.
Karma, it's cheap using turning lights, keep calm and change lanes. But nooooo! He likes provocating car accidents.
@@Patrick-it8nk If they said "could've braked a little", that's when they should look at the video footage instead of just going by word of mouth.
Love how the pickup driver went from wagging his finger to hitting a guardrail
Love how the cammer was found at fault and will have to pay a lot of money.
@@MaxZomboni take the payment out on the other guys legs then, cant drive a car or walk afterward
@@MaxZomboni no he wasn’t found at fault they were just trying to Welch out on paying by claiming he could have braked. In truth him hitting the brakes would have likely made the wreck worse cause the truck pushing him would have pulled him into the guardrail most likely. Based on prior conduct the truck driver is at fault for both vehicles
@@MaxZomboni Wrong. The pickup is totally at fault. Crashing into the guardrail because he wouldn't put the brakes on. LMFAO

Lol that doesn’t stop people, bro 😂
It can only be used against you if you show it to someone. From what I have seen in these videos you are supposed to drive recklessly looking for content and then upload videos of yourself as the victim after you get a reaction. If you cause an accident you are either supposed to lie about it or flee the scene.
I just try and avoid any engagement with the idiots, even to the point of turning on another road or street and hope they don't turn and pursue me. Here I am at 73 years old, excellent driver and I don't want get in a position where I have to defend myself from some rager.
Same! I’m almost 40 and I’ve learned the best course of action is to not engage. I don’t want to put my life at risk over someone’s ego being bruised. Then again, I don’t go around honking at people just because they need to know I don’t agree with how they’re driving. I see it constantly on these kinds of videos and it’s what triggers the brake checks and crazy behavior 99% of the time. Too many people don’t use their horns the way the DMV instructs us to and instead use them to “make a point.” I’d rather these people get the hell away from me!
Now THAT'S tailgating!! Right there at 6:16 😬 Cammer, you're allowing other drivers to get under your skin, and you'll end up in an accident if you don't cool off. Other people are annoying and get your way. Some are slow, some are reckless, and some just plain stupid. That's life. Why put yourself in a position to be the "at fault" driver for rear ending someone just because you let your emotions take over?
Exactly!

I was thinking that too! The Student Driver sticker is a dead giveaway.
#11 we got frank from pinal county

3:56 That was an incredibly unsafe lane change that nearly led to a wreck.
5:27
Is that Frank Sloup aka Fridays With Frank?!
Cant wait to see that pick up on the next "Fridays with Frank" episode 😂
Any left/right indicator doesn´t imply all others to "stop"!
4:38 another one bites the dust😂😂😅
With the way people drive we all should have a dashcam.
It should be standard in all vehicles.
I’ll never understand why people who deal with a road rager continue to follow them. Pretend you’re going the same way as them and then last second split off a different way. I think it’ll fuck with them psychologically knowing you’re not engaging? Seriously why continue to follow them?
Personally, cuz Im not letting some angry little pissant loser waste my time by making me change routes. He really wants to FA, he'll FO. I don't mind delivering that lesson one little bit. My time is far more valuable
That’s what I was thinking, on #2, right after the rager passed the cammer, the cammer had more than a few opportunities to break off and disengage immediately but instead stayed right with them the whole way. Kinda feels like they had some sort of altercation going on before the video started and that the cammer was participating in it too.
#12 5:47 Too many people see driving as a competition. Those people have lost all capacity for patience and courtesy - letting someone in front of them apparently means they "lose".
"Get the hell out of my way, I'm coming through! I'm in a super big hurry to be nowhere in particular!"
And at a certain age driving privileges need to be mandatorily assessed for competency and safety by retaking of the road test portion of the licensing exam and having medical clearance for sight and functionality. As a member or the rescue squad on my counties fire service we respond to a fair number of accidents where elderly drivers either panicked and caused an accident failed to maintain positive control of the vehicle or pressed the accelerated instead of the brakes. Many of them lose confidence in their driving ability and operate with an overabundance off caution leading to such incidents that can have undesired consequences, driving like many other skill are perishable as we get older. Not saying the younger driver (cammer) is a 100% right but there was issues with the motor vehicle operated by the older person.

Here's the problem with driving post COVID. In my small world it feels that drivers have gotten even more aggressive and totally disregard the safety of their fellow drivers. I have said it's better to not engage with these unreasonable people but for those of us that pride ourselves in being defensive drivers the climate of aggressive driving is slowly but surely building a cumulative affect of anger and frustration. The question is how do you deal with it? I myself try and drive as little as I can. Too many wannabe tough guys on the road or absent minded drivers. who think their text conversation is more important than driver safety.
It's almost as if a lot of them have forgotten how to drive after covid kept them in and off the roads for so long.
@@jasonsummit1885not only that but during Covid you didn’t even have to take a drivers test. They would just make you park your car and then give you your license. At least where I live they did that.
@vedder10 "Here's the problem with driving post COVID. In my small world it feels that drivers have gotten even more aggressive..."

Remember: the winner of the asshole contest is still an asshole.
You couldn’t be more wrong. It seems like if you decided not to be an asshole you would be the only one and that would probably get lonely. You need to drive like every day is the purge.
So true. Having watched this channel for a year I now find myself incredibly patient and courteous on the roads, especially with truckers.

I think the cop in #11 is Deputy Frank, from “Friday’s with Frank” on the Pinal County Sheriff’s RUclips channel. At least it looks EXACTLY like his car. He is awesome!!
The "I was honking, I don't need to brake" people are just as dangerous as the "I was signaling, I don't need to wait" ones.
#4: The driver PLENTY of time to stop.
Not only that, he ramped up to 52 in a 45, give the truck a brake...literally.
And the driver did stop and didnt complain, so why are you? F’n crybaby much?
#9 I would have just backed off when the guy started to cut him off. I feel like speeding up to prove a point escalated the situation, but who knows if the truck driver would have just continued to harrass the cammer.
These videos are showing me I need to make battering ram bumpers. At least if someone rear ends my car, I don't have any damage. Same for brake checkers. I don't think chipped paint counts as real damage, so a $15 can of chassis black would fix that "damage" pretty quick.lol

11. Was that frank from fridays with frank on the pinal county sheriffs office youtube?
That's what I'm wondering. I don't know if he works nights like that though.
I have said this so many times, but just because someone puts their turn signal on doesn’t give them an automatic right to get over.
Add to that however, its always better to avoid them rather than stand your ground. An accident is not worth proving you were in the right.
The people who think they can merge over as soon as they use their signals are the same people who drive around with their high beams are thinking the high beams notification light on their instruments cluster lit up means their headlights are on.
@@jaylipinski1443 C'mon now. Letting them in could cost you almost 0.4 seconds.
@@jaylipinski1443 Exactly. The rules for who has to yield right of way are meant to break ties when a conflict would otherwise happen. They're never intended to give unequivocal ownership of a lane that you have a right or obligation to defend by accelerating into the lane-changer (as we've seen so often on this channel). A little courtesy and kindness costs next to nothing, but saves everyone so much hassle.

Yeah I couldn't imagine someone forcing themselves over and instead of braking just speeding up and allowing them to hit me like that. People like number 2 piss me off the most road rage
#12 is wrong
So many people just lack patience and empathy for other drivers. It costs less than few seconds of your life to be nice to someone else.
While I agree that the cammer isn't 100% right but motor vehicle operation is a perishable skill the older people get, especially senior citizens. The elderly operator was having difficulty changing lanes to make their exit and the Cammer did allow her to go ahead only to have the elderly operator reduce speed with an over abundance of caution and come to a dead stop on the blind corner of the exit which doesn't have a posted speed limit for the exits curve. As a rescue squad member of my counties fire service our squad has responded to calls where the elderly driver was involved in an accident. It has become common for insurance companies or lawyers to request statements from us or have us testify to what the elderly drivers have said as we treated them to the point we actually tell them not to discuss the actual accident with us just how the feel or any injuries they have so that we can treat/transport them cause a lot of people like to blame them and their not always wrong. It's pretty hard to sit on the stand and try to explain how they told you they accidently hit the gas and not the brake and flew into a business or hit someone and panicked.

The other driver did the same thing and didn’t maintain their lane. At the bare minimum I see the cammer’s rates going up, and should just hope that the insurance company doesn’t drop him because at that point it might get difficult to get a policy with another company.
What difference would that make? They are both a-hole. The cammer started the fight when he tailgated, the other guy cut him off, he's in the wrong all right but the cammer could have avoided the accident easily. The last clear chance doctrine will give him part of the liability
Doubt any other insurance company would reach a different conclusion. You have a duty to avoid an accident if you're able too. The cammer clearly could have avoided the accident with a slight application of the brakes. The other driver is clearly MORE at fault, but the cammer isn't completely in the clear here.
What I want to see is the video with the sound turned back on. Cammer turned it off but you can hear when he fast forwards to when it goes back to normal speed, there’s sound for a split second and it cuts off. I’ll bet the cammer floored it when the truck tried to switch lanes
Nah the insurance are right. He should’ve prevented the accident if he could instead he helped the accident happen. It’s a drivers responsibility to prevent accidents. He should’ve braked. No one’s gonna pay money because you were petty and wanted it to happen. Doesn’t matter if you think the other guy was an asshole, that’s just how it works.
You know what I do if I'm changing lanes and hear honking? I STOP F**KING CHANGING LANES!
4:08 two people with insane LDE meet.
Last clip, should have an Uber feature, because you can drive for shit, it's not considered a lane change until all tires are out of the lane, any contact would have been your fault.
Yuuuuup!
12. The white pickup cuts the lady off when she is attempting to change lanes, not your fault. You then cut her off as well. I don't know if you were flashing your lights, but you were clearly riding her bumper and driving erratically from side to side. I know it sucks when someone is driving under the speed limit but they WERE driving in the slow lane before taking the exit. You being in a rush does not excuse your behavior. They didn't need to stop on the exit ramp either.
Why cammer needed to speed up at the off ramp.
For white sedan driver, it was the last moment to change lane.
This driver was waiting for the pick up to pass.
It was not a big deal in my thought, but these two drivers took it seriously.
Tesla drivers and BMW drivers are exactly the same. They both don't know what speed limits or following distances are for.
5:34 we have a road like this here in TX where posted speed is 45, but since it looks like a highway (I suppose) the slowest I've seen any go is 65. The first time I drove I tried to maintain at least 50, and I was nearly getting rear-ended and sideswiped by nearly everyone going at least 75mph. Luckily there never seems to be cops there, so I have been bullied into driving at least 55-60 (literally for my own safety). It's ridiculous
The one time I drove through phoenix I pulled onto a road and there was a 45mph sign right there so I was going probably 47-48. When the light behind that turned green there dozens of cars flying up on me honking and cutting me off. I asked the guy next to me what was going on and he said I was driving too slow. I asked how fast I should be driving and he said at least 70. He said cops will pull you over for creating an unsafe situation by driving so much slower than traffic. Apparently it isn’t a speed “limit” in those places.
@ribo451 yea, it's crazy how that works, where certain areas, you'll get pulled over and searched for going 3 over, but in others, YOU are the problem if you arent going as fast as everyone else regardless what the sign says. In most of texas, the speed limit is literally a suggestion. Still not right, because that same cop that can pull you over for being 'unsafe and too slow also has full legal right to pull you over for going 70 in 45
I’m seeing a lot of bad drivers refusing to share the road. I am happy they are so willing to show the world their ignorance.
#6 Can we say" Fool" girls and boys.
2:20 This cammer should have spotted a white, humongous 75 foot long vehicle that far away and been able to give a little grace to the trucker just trying to do his job. He just wanted to be outraged overnit
0:44, boy do I miss my 1981 Chevy square body 3/4 ton. That dudes hood would have had my rear bumper engraved on it and later my front bumper engraved along the driver side. I miss that tank.
