Hello Joseph, does this new law apply as well, to kenyan foreign passport holders who own a bank account back in kenya and deposit money in that account regularly? I mean the money is already taxed in my country of residence, so does it have to be taxed again in Kenya? I would really appreciate your response. Thanks in advance
