Blue Max just found your channel and spent my free time the last two days watching every episode. Every part of it is first class but that is not the part that impressed me the most. I am blown away that you take the time to answer almost every question or comment. It makes your channel special and is highly complementary of you as a person. Just an old retired farmer who appreciates a good man.
Thank you, Sir. I really appreciate the feedback and am so grateful that you took the time to watch. More coming soon. Here's a question, how does a farmer retire?!
Heard you on Mojo the other day re Greg and keeping it exact... You showed really great CRM and professionalism on this one. Also great idea/instinct/decision making, having someone in the right seat if you feel a tinge of doubt re safety even with all your experience. Truly a professional Captain Sir! Appreciate your videos 👍
hey BlueMax6, I am a retired 15T and recently found your channel while dreaming about owning a honda jet! Thanks for giving me some videos I can daydream to!
@@bluemaxsix my old channel is RamadiTaxiDriver60M. I have a few videos over there in the Beechjet. I started this one to advertise my forthcoming book. I need to add some to this channel.
Great video as always. I love when I get to jump in the bigger planes and co-pilot, get to learn alot. Been getting some 441 Conquest 2 time lately and it is a great plane but still waiting to right seat it in one of the 4 Honda Jets we have here.
Hey thanks for watching. I got an invite to crew and hope I can make it. Haven't done a Mac race yet. I race a One Design up in Harbor Springs called NM.
Hey thanks, Bill. One the reasons that I enjoyed putting this video together was specifically because of that. I always learn something when Jake & I fly together but I've found that the workload is so much lighter when there's another (military trained) pilot in the cockpit. No shade on anyone else, but we just learned to fly the same way.
Thanks, it's a tip I got from the the guy who edits for CitationMax & Premier1Driver...I turn off Horizon Leveling on those cameras. I agree, it makes a huge difference in the experience when you're watching. I still feel like ever once in awhile, I have to go in and reset them. It's a ways a bit of a crap shoot when I finally download and watch the raw footage.
Would love to message you about your path from PPL to aircraft ownership. I'm KPTK based (in Michigan) and have been toying with the club/parternship/ownership lately.
Good catch...yes! I'm hoping to move up to an Elite S and creating some good content as I test fly the other versions of the HJ. BTW, MojoGrip did a flight with me 2 weeks ago and we should have a good video up in the next few days.
Great question. I looked very carefully at 6 different platforms and found the HondaJet to be the most compelling. Mostly it has to do with the design, the technology, and the integration across the jet.
@@bluemaxsix I am selling my modest company and retiring after 49 years flying IFR helicopters. Coming over to the states to check out Honda after Easter. I have put myself off Honda more than once. Because the range looked to me to be modest and the payload easily a compromise. These optional extras might just do it for me. Everything is a compromise ! Seeing you enjoying yours is very encouraging. I also fancy “new” with all the warranty to avoid downside risks. Thanks for posting!
God bless y'all. I've never been in & out of DTW nor went to Motown. Soon. Only passed through there as an ex truck driver. Loved the beginning camera angles of u taxiing out for takeoff. Have u finally sold ur jet? If so r u getting another one? Or something else? My fav is a Gulfstream G550. P.S. I have two aviation challenges in case ur interested: 1st: How aviation has changed ur life? 2nd: Say the phonetic alphabet in 30 sec or less. If u could plz do me a huge favor by accepting these two challenges by using the #TMCSC, i would greatly appreciate it. I offered brotha Mike the same thing bt declined to it due to being busy. See u on tha next one!!!! #hny #salute to u all!!!!
Why fly into BUSY DTW and expensive Signature Aviation....when you could easily have flown into KYIP Willow Run Airport 8 miles to the west? Willow Run isn't as busy and the fuel at AVFLIGHT or Odyssey Aviation is roughly $2.00 dollars a gallon cheaper.
Love Willow Run. Great history and GREAT FBO. I needed to get 1 of my passengers to DTW to catch a flight to SF. I'm working of a video from October where we flew into Willow Run for a GameDay at Michigan
Yeah, I get it. Thanks for watching. The Buy Me A Coffee helps offset just a bit of the costs for the philanthropic flights we do for Veterans Airlift Command and Angel Flight

Great video showing professional crew CRM! Tim, thank you for your contributions to the HondaJet platform!
Thanks Julie, I learn a tom every time I get the chance to fly with Jake. Thanks for watching.

Thanks so much. I really appreciate it when people take the time to watch and leave feedback.
Love watching two pros working together, makes the complex look simple. Great to see from you again!
Thanks! I always learn something when I fly with Jake. He's an amazing aviator.
hey BlueMax6, I am a retired 15T and recently found your channel while dreaming about owning a honda jet! Thanks for giving me some videos I can daydream to!
Nice! I'm a big fan of the UH-60...never got to fly one. UH-1s, AH-1s, & AH-64s for me.
This should be an instructional video pertaining to CRM. The professional interaction between the two of you was instructive and entertaining. Thanks.
Thanks. I appreciate the feedback. I always learn something when I fly with another professional pilot in general, and Jake specifically.
Awesome! Former 64 and 60 guy flying Beechjets now. Flew a 64 at Rucker that still had the Blue Max paint job.
Hey thanks for the note...and for watching. I still want to fly the BeechJet and see what's it's like. Let's make a video.

It was a privilege.

I'd love to fly a 441. The HJ is just pure fun. Super easy to manage as long as you're solid on the G3000.
Thanks for watching.
Loved the CRM, keep more videos coming with the two of you flying. Good stuff!
Thanks so much. It's always great to fly eith Jake.
Richmond VA ! One day I’ll have to come out and tell you my experience in the Honda Jet
Looking forward to it
Great flight and video. Love the professional interaction on the flight deck.
Thanks. It was fun to re-watch it when I was editing.
Had to come back and get another flight out
Thank you. Thoughts? Feedback? Recommendations?
Awesome guys, thanks
Thanks. I'll pass along to Jake.
Great video and snuck in some sailing too!!!
Every chance I get!! I'm already missing it. As always Sir, thanks for the support.
Great Video. It's nice seeing content over my home state. I'm also a sailor. Doing the Mack next year?

"S" was the departure ATIS. "F" is the arrival ATIS. You two work well together and it was an enjoyable video to watch.
Thank you, Sir. Yeah, we figured thst out in the debrief. It's always fun flying with Jake.
Very enjoyable presentation
Thanks. Hoping to get caught up with my summer videos.
I work at dtw every chance I get to look at this gem I do.
Agree. Gorgeous plane and fun to fly.
Great Video Tim! Headed to Detroit this weekend! Just in an F-150. Happy Thanksgiving!
That's ALSO a sweet ride! Have a great holiday and travel safe.
Thanks for watching
Great video
Thank you, Sir
You and Jake are almost as smooth as your brother and self .
Thanks. Jake is pretty smooth.

This channel is a problem… it makes me want a Honda jet even more. She who must be obeyed isn’t convinced yet. Thanks for the excellent content
I hear you! We all have to respect those rules. But it is pretty awesome. Just saying.
How did you get your cameras to show the roll effect? Awesome!

goodnight. I am from Brazil . What made you decide to go with the Hondajet instead of another jet in the same category?

Thanks. I'm working on another one today.
Does the new Honda have auto throttle?
Yes, the Elite II has Auto-Throttle as an option.
