Hammer keys are just for feel or can it help to create different sound (not just volume) like a real piano when pressed softer or harder? My understanding is that it's your software that produces sound then what role hammer keys play except for the feel of real piano keys? As far as sound is considered, same sound can be produced from same software or sound plugin using semi-weighted or not at all weighted keys. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Okay thank you Sir. I searched review for this thing, and then u Play Ballade pour Adeline. My schoolfriend learned me this song ;-) Good song to test Pianos. And now i order this thing, and then i smash my Keystationn 88 on the wall. Only full weighted key now, ever. But i think its not so good so smash some Trance or Drums on it? How you see that? I would like to take it easy. I destroy so many Midi keyboard before, beceause i played drums on it.
is there actually hammers in it? is that why it's called "hammer" 88? you say it's close to your baby grand piano? i really like how a real piano bounces your hand back up. does this do that?
Hello there, thanks for the review! I also have maudio keystation 88 and as you know the velocity curve is different between white and black keys, they dont have the same sensitivity.Does this happen with Hammer 88? Im thinking of buying it but im skeptical...Thanks!
I used to use keystation 88 as well. For Hammer 88, since it is a weighted midi controller, the difference in velocity curve is almost nonexistent for me. I was able to play some classical music without problem
Hey man quick dimension question. How many inches/centimeters are there between the bottom of the keyboard to the actual keys? (The bottom of the keys not the top of the keys)
Thank you for his video mister.
I have the m audio 61 semi-heavy keys, I would like to change to this piano one day, greetings from Argentina!

Hammer keys is indeed for feel only. It just feels more like an acoustic piano that's all.

@@KQPianos_music OK , thanks!
nice ! the reliability of the keybed .... in time?? worth over a piano like korgd1??
It's worth it for sure. It has weighted keys, piano style action, and no need for power outlet.
@@KQPianos_music thx ! but the quality ? some keybeds after 6 month have problems...even on piano at high price level...
I like two songs he played, can anyone please tell me the Name of the song he played?
I played Richard Clayderman - Ballade Pour Adeline and Pirates of the Caribbean theme.
how to get the pedal noise to work
Garritan CFX settings. I'm not 100% sure
can be used wirh lontakt?
Yes
Have you change the velocity curve on Garittan CFX?
no. I used just the full default CFX
@@KQPianos_music great ! thanks for answering :)

Sorry, I’m just trying to know whether or not to buy a new desk or if mine will do 😅
9 CM or so
@@KQPianos_music thank you!!
Is the sound of the piano from its speaker itself? Or did you connect it to a speaker or something?
I connected my Mac to a speaker.
How did you connect to a speaker or so??
How's the midi controller ? Still good ? I would like to buy it...🫵😬
it worked great until I got a hybrid piano then I sold it
@@KQPianos_music just got it, keys feel go, noisy keys, to much loud and that's not acceptable. I will return it right now...
