Written by Stanley Myers in 1970 for the classical guitar for the film The Walking Stick and subsequently used in the film, The Deer Hunter, in 1978. Cavatina remains on my perennial list of favorite music, both to play and to listen to. This is my own arrangement for two guitars with orchestration.
