Reliability Analytics: Using Weibull Analysis to Maximize Equipment Reliability

Reliability of equipment in the oil and gas industry is especially important considering the potential loss of production and possible safety and environmental impacts.
This webinar covers identification of potential failures, how to reduce the impact of such failures and finally how to identify the optimal time for maintenance / replacement of components using Weibull analysis. Attendees will be able to use standard MS-Excel to calculate eta (typical life) and beta (shape) parameters. These parameters can help the maintenance and integrity staff identify the cost optimal and time optimal maintenance interval.

This is wonderful video. The presentation is very clear, informative and useful for the petrochemical , oil/ gas industry. It means if it is a manufacturing of component industry howmany compnent fails are analaysed where as in chemical, oil/gas industry each equipment's failure is calculated with given period of time.
