They have wesponised their heads and often stunted their hearts. Head talks vs heart talk. The two dont connect they put one another to sleep. Heart talk within yourself will open many tastes colours, smells fragrances sounds etc Seekers are drawn to real tastes. it drives them on, nothing else makes sense we must understand whats blocking us, often it is our head...we must see our vices and learn to tame them . Where i fail repent,seek forgiveness. Must traverse through nafs of the heart to the inner huuuu. Look at the inner thoughts , step by step seeing more and more the subtle ways of our nafs and heart.

I then found some of the Shafi Salawaats, in the Sufi method. I am very lucky to have have lived these methods that I have become more humble. By logic we can see if a place will be positive or negative energy. Negative energy turns around between people and goes mostly to the more positive ones, especially if there is no Sheikh able to neitralise it. Shower, wudu to get rid of all the bad energy. Don't interact with family when we go home until having washed. Be careful especially with babies and their faces. We are energy beings and need to be careful where we go, to not lose the positive charge and light Allah may has given to us. By logic we can see if a place will be positive or negative energy.
Negative energy turns around between people and goes mostly to the more positive ones, especially if there is no Sheikh able to neitralise it.
Shower, wudu to get rid of all the bad energy. Don't interact with family when we go home until having washed. Be careful especially with babies and their faces.
