When Maureen said "You always said how lucky we all were to be friends, but it was us baby who were the lucky ones." I get chills, goddd! I love this song! :D
Equally the saddest & most beautiful thing ever. I've watched Rent Filmed Live on Broadway at least 50 times now (my dvd is a bit scratched now) & this moment still gets to me.
this makes me cry! such an emotional performance! :( love to be in this so bad! every time i hear it my heart melts.. its when angel looks back and mark smiles... powerful!
When I was in this show as the coat vender and a member of the chorus, I could barely keep myself from crying during this song. The man we had playing Collins broke off the last note before the chorus started in with Seasons of Love for the second time. And I lose it every time I hear this song.
TO THE 4 PEOPLE WHO DISLIKED THIS... Where is your heart? Have you misplaced it? WHY HAVE YOU DONE THIS???? It's causing me physical pain as well as a decreasing faith in humanity...
What a voice he has! Incredible
you were a boy of taste, paint

his deep cold voice makes me feel so sad and feel the song.
No matter who does it, I think this is the most powerful song in the play
Saw this show on tour with my friend. During this song, we just held each other and sobbed.
Every time I hear this song, (even Season of love) I cried because of Angel's death. So beautiful.
It is so beautiful! No matter how many times I listen to it, I can feel my heart breaking.

As I've been distracting myself from crying, I can't help but wonder if he was singing too fast for the music to catch up.
God this is so sad!!!
