He’s lost 65 KG, even though he’s been inconsistent at times, what’s he’s achieved is nothing but extraordinary, he’s lost on average 1 kg per week which’s a very healthy approach for weight loss, don’t get discouraged!! Keep up the good work and it’d be 100 KG in 100 weeks

Thank you Uce Gang for these videos , since last year July 2023. I have made so much progress. Started off 263 pounds , I am now down to 212 pounds and pushing to be 190 pounds. "They don't know me son". yessahh

Honestly I don't think anyone telling you what to do here is doing more harm than good. People gotta realize that it probably didn't take 100 weeks to get to where Uce was on week 1. It's a massive hole dug over years, a hole of habits, survival tactics and psychology. Don't let the number on the scale ever distract you from the fact that you are doing good for yourself, and as long as you keep on top of the things you know are helping you, you can always add on things in the future. Don't feel the pressure to perform and hit some arbitrary milestone in 100 weeks. On week 1 you were basically bed bound, 100 weeks of being out and about is already an accomplishment. If it takes more than 100 weeks for you to figure out how to get to your goal weight then so be it, people struggle for years, decades in unhealthier states than you.

Yo a tip man. Weight yourself in the morning after going to the toilet, thats the most accurate. You are heavier in the afternoon since you have been drinking and eating. Keep going Uce lets go

Fasting is the best way to lose it imo. 16/8. He shouldn't be eating until afternoon.

Give the stairs a break, they are becoming a comfort cardio for you. Mix it up, get the body moving harder and faster in other ways. You will plateau in weight, it always happens, keep pushing through and it will start falling off again. Keep at it.

Uce I'm really happy to see that you're incorporating weights and have a nutrition program. Both excellent steps in the right direction, and I'm happy you were transparent with us. Take it easy man, don't work too hard and listen to your body, we're always rooting for you

3.5 kg in 4 weeks is good, man. It can be really dangerous to lose weight too fast. Just enjoy the process and this new lifestyle you’ve created for yourself. Enjoy the beautiful views you get to see with your friends. Enjoy the activities you never would have imagined doing before this journey. Find ways to exercise outside the gym more. Getting bored of the gym always kills my goals

Well said... For the guys this size and woman to... 1kg a week is safe...
2 fast they switch the survival mode on and they retain fat not burn. A in-law of family was 184 kg. Slow and steady got 128kg. Looked great as tall and solid bone

I never shared on here about my family but here it goes! My 20 yr old child use to weigh 79.3 kg. That was 3 yrs ago. Now, currently at 63.5 kg. All she did was cut down on some snacking, and did knee raises before every meal (3 meals/day). Slow, steady, and healthy process is what pays because she can maintain her current weight!
My old ass have been struggling a bit but I've seen some progress along the way. I just have to cut down on some of my snacking and keep dedicating to just 3 meals a day. I'm happy and proud of my child and better her than me to be in top shape! My belly has to go though! 😅

It's awesome to see you adding the strength training. To start off focus on the compound lifts. Chest presses, shoulder presses, back rows, squats/leg presses, and even some version of dead lifting that is comfortable for you. Focus on form and mobility and over time you'll be amazed at what your body will be able to do.

Going thru plateaus (more than once).
Your body will fight you back bec it misses the old ways..
YOU take control. YOU control your body, not your body control you.
Papers I have posted around my room and kitchen:
    YOU’RE NOT THERE YET.
    NO OPTIONS. NO EXCUSES.
    NOPE.
NEVER AGAIN (with a picture of me two years ago)
YOU DONT LIVE ON A FARM…
Take heart weight warrior! Push back, push back, PUSH BACK! TIL that weight falls over that cliff. It’s been plaguing you all your life. Now destroy it! With God’s help you can do it! I did and got 15.9kg to go. And I’m 65. Bottom line: YOU GOTTA SHRINK YOUR STOMACH CAPACITY!
And that only comes thru intermittent fasting, period.

I’ve noticed for myself personally that when I stopped consuming sugar, I don’t feel the need to eat as much and it helped me lose stubborn belly fat as well as slim down all over.
