This definitely remindsme of when I used at a fastfood restaurant and had a manager that would mistreat to the point where he would do it in front of my coworkers and the customers. Because of that, I had to leave because I knew that it never was going to stop, and despite the GM not taking care of it, I had no choice to leave and get another while added. My word of advice for anyone that is in the working field, if you are getting mistreated by anyone, including your boss, you need to draw attention to it, and if nothing is resolved, leave because there's other places where you will be welcomed and be treated with respect.
