When you came to Jimmy's to build the cathedral, is when I started following you. Since then I have hung out with you at JLC and been friends with Jimmy for awhile. You're both "cut from the same cloth" kind hearted, respectful, and humble. Love you guys 💙
jimmy’s shop series is still one of the best on youtube 7 years later. what you and greg did in 2 weeks (probably some long days) is an inspiration to all of us.
I started watching you guys because of Jimmy's workshop. I didn't realize that's when you started posting your builds on youtube. Been a journey. Thanks for all the hours of entertainment.
7 years! 7 years I've been following you guys! Big props for taking it back to the DiResta roots! Would be great to see you guys working on something together at the RRHQv2
I started watching you back about when done this building for Jimmy. It wasn’t much before! Maybe a couple of months or something. The doors he made for that are monsterous. I remember watching him and some of the guys he knew build the frame to support the huge wood doors for that! He’s a great craftsman! You were using some of your big lights on that job to get it done faster! Because y’all were a ways from home on that job!
Jimmy's shop build was the turning point for me, and I have followed you and Greg ever since. It's awesome seeing you two together again. Returning home to the RR HQ 2.0 with an awesome paperweight-some things don't get much better than that. Keep up the great work, Kyle. As always, Love and Respect from North London, UK. 👍🏻
I'm a cabinet maker and get calls from customers from 10-15 years ago. It's really cool to see my work after all these years. Sometimes I think to myself, Did I build this? Good craftmanship and great customers!
Just the thought of watching you & Greg back then building Jimmy’s shop makes me nervous. The lack of fall protection when you were doing the roof on those scissor trusses was insane. So long ago.
I watched you and Greg build this place, and said "THIS is who I want to build my shop". Then you said you wouldn't travel for builds. :( Did you get a chance to see the rebuilt band saw that Keith Rucker Restored? WHAT A BEAST!
As someone who HAS lost a finger in a bandsaw, watching Jimmy use one causes me nothing but pure anxiety. Grabbing that carrier to adjust the shoe height while it's running is just nuts. I had to stop watching his videos years ago because he just stresses me out.
Ive never understood why they dont make scroll saw blades round with spiraling teeth so you can twist and turn and cut in any direction without any tension on the blade like duh breh
It was the Diresta barn build that introduced me to you guys and I’m really grateful it did.
Same here
100%
Same!
Oh boy that was the best build ❤
Me too.

I am still paying for that work I put my body thru
The barn build was a great series and an intro to RR Buildings.
It got me hooked.
My first intro as well.
The inside of the barn looks great! Love the way you guys finished that!
The Diresta build is what introduced me to you and what inspired me to build my pole barn.
Two of the greatest RUclipsrs.
I love you with Jimmy! Your energy and personality make it feel like I’m hanging out with family.
Looks like a hand saw. Couldn't be more perfect!
Jimmy is mesmerizing. He’s so freaking talented.
Like many others, the Jimmy shop build was the start of my following RR.
I even have a dream of a barndominium now because of it.
I can't believe it's been that long. Needless to say, I still watch to this day.

I think its awesome after all these years and about 1000 miles away you guys all remained friends

The legendary Jimmy D.
How cool to have such a cool, knowledgeable Friend 🎉
The legendary asshole 😂😂😂
My 2 favorites, and they are quite opposites, Kyle is as precise as possible, Jimmy is close enough, I love both those reasons!

I remember the Diresta build. He is a very interesting guy.
Two fantastic channels and two very talented men! DD

the first video i saw was that build... and now im a huge diresta and rr fan.
Love Jimmy. That’s when I (as many) found Kyle
That was adorable

I saw this guy on Netflix building stuff for kids... "Making Fun". Great show.
My first RR video was the Diresta build, and haven't missed one since.
Awesome
Jimmy is the safest wood worker you'll know..... Right after he moved the blade support on the bandsaw up and down without turning it off 😆.
2017?...tjees i am watching this channel for that long already.
yep, I subbed when they built it
Love the trusses
Where are the youngsters taking up these skilled trades? What a skilled man
Diresta=legend
amazing barn!!!!!!!
I like this workshop Is it not covered with steel but wood is more beautiful than steel.. 🤔
7 years??? OMG times fly. I remember Jimmy making a model of a barn long time before that.
Spike's little house 🥲
❤❤❤😂😂😂😂🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Very cool gents!
I watched you and Greg build this place, and said "THIS is who I want to build my shop". Then you said you wouldn't travel for builds. :(
Did you get a chance to see the rebuilt band saw that Keith Rucker Restored? WHAT A BEAST!
really nice, I thought he was going to put saw kerfs on bottom edge to turn it into a handsaw.
Hahaha we talked about that
All right not too bad shorten to the point Way to catch up on others thanks for sharing
Good afternoon 👍💪💪💪💪👍💪
A lot has happened in the last seven years .
Aah, time flies...
I don’t remember, did they sink brackets into concrete on that barn? Surprised they haven’t pulled out yet.
Yes
Awesomeness! ? What's a 20x20 addition to a house usely run.
😁👍🏼
😃👍🏼👊🏼
Did he sell you an ice pick?
Who makes your pants. I gotta get some
Where is that monster 48" bandsaw Keith Rucker restored for Jimmy? He should have cut your sign out on that behemoth.
As someone who HAS lost a finger in a bandsaw, watching Jimmy use one causes me nothing but pure anxiety. Grabbing that carrier to adjust the shoe height while it's running is just nuts. I had to stop watching his videos years ago because he just stresses me out.
เขาคือตำนาน
It’s been a few years.
Ive never understood why they dont make scroll saw blades round with spiraling teeth so you can twist and turn and cut in any direction without any tension on the blade like duh breh
Confused, not a time lapse.
meh
👍👌
