@@WanderbusAdventures I did not expect you to ask :) This is proper science not government "science" Frozen bread reduces risk of type 2 diabetes as it turns the starch in to resistant starch which means fewer calories are absorbed by your body and therefor better for your gut bacteria and reducing the blood sugar spike non frozen bread will give you (Oxford Brookes university study 2008 European journal of clinical nutrition in food) in a nutshell :)

I wish they had something like this in the USA. Do they? Such cool vehicles. Europe has such better vehicles made than the US.
