  • This review is my honest opinion of the Jet Tent f30X with side peaked panels including front panel, the video is made to give other campers considering the purchase of a Jet Tent by Oz Tent Australia an informed decision I am an experienced camper / 4wDriver of almost 25 years with majority of my trips being within the Brisbane region in Queensland, Australia predominantly off the Great South East coast. This short video is from a trip to Noosa North Shore in the summer of 2017 in early February. Enjoy!

Great tent mate, I'm in the UK and just seen one on ebay. I've got an outwell Niagrafalls 100% cotton Rip stop and can with stand 70mph winds all day.

Yep she's a beauty but I may be passing her onto another owner soon as I don't go tent camping as often any more due to aging muscles, a full camp site is just too much effort for me and the Mrs these days hence you could see another one listed on Ebay soon. I am really going to miss her once the upgrade to a camper trailer happens. Best tent ever in my 25 years camping hands down!

@@davidfromdownunder I hear what your saying about achin, I've recently been diagnosed with a condition called psoriatic arthritis and recon I'll be lucky to have 5 years worth of camping left in me before I get a camper to. I live in the north of England Newcastle upon Tyne, weather is cold and damp for 8 months of the year, I've been fortunate to have a job that takes me all round the world, been to Zealand Australia, most of south America, europe bit I always come back home to the damp and cold 🤔🤔🤣

@@kingneptune8937 sorry to hear about your condition mate, makes me think I don't have if all that bad after all. I really do take for granted the area that I live being in Brisbane, we have the best sand islands just offshore that is a campers paradise that being Moreton, North Stradbroke, Bribie and Fraser Islands so spoilt for choice! Particularly that we get dry sunny weather for pretty much 300 days of the year. Queensland I wouldn't be anywhere else but I do like your damp weather for mood and atmosphere in my B&W landscape photography work. You wouldn't think it but there is only so much Blue Sky one can take in the landscape photography world being an Australian I would love to shoot dark, damp and moody UK weather for my mono work,oh well one day when the borders reopen I guess, a d yep I am nuts!

Great video mate. You obviously did your research. The decision we are struggling with is - Deciding between the jet tent or the Canvas RV Range. Were they a consideration for you ? and if so what swayed you towards the Jet Tent. Thanks for your time.

Not the F30X no it’s why I jumped on it real quick once I found one available for sale second hand via Gumtree.
