You guys trying to save every penny with is good for you but not for tenant. This property needs about 25k to refurbish. Better standards makes your rent higher and you will have happy professional tenants. I have 4 rental property in Manchester and London.

I would never have a boiler in the bedroom, spend that extra bit and move the boiler into the kitchen if your going to rent it
they are cowboys taking advantage of people on low incomes whilst pushing up rental prices. it needs stopping.
