Very nice video, enjoyed it very much! You are always welcome back to our store. Two small details, the brand new PlayStation 1 cost 1500 dollar and the Nintendo globe was recently sold for 22,000 dollars, we know because we were bidder number 2, who lost =/.
Happy to hear that, thank you guys for an amazing store! Ah my bad, I can see it now. Great you brought it up. Oh shoot! It really went up in value huh. Crazy!
Hey mate, it's me Mike from the other day! Was awesome meeting you guys and hanging out at Spike's place. Hope you both made it back to Nagoya safe - it must have been a long night, haha. I really like what I'm seeing on your channel so far, so I'm keen to watch more and also see your Japan videos when you have them uploaded. All the best!
Hey Mike :D Glad to see you here! Was awesome meeting you as well. Had a great time meeting all of you. We made it back safely, and also really fast because there were basically no traffic at all. Thank you. I just uploaded the first Japan video, and lots of more videos are coming soon :D Stay well!
Oh yes! I definitely felt tempted to pick them up. I'll buy them the next time I'm going there probably. And yea, I can confirm that the books were definitely high quality.
Wow! That is one cool shop. I really dig that prototype SNES controller. The PS1 is a way pricey, but they definitely have a few things I'd be interested in buying. I'm looking forward to the next video, cheers!
Yea, you can tell that the people who run this shop are diehard fans of video games! That controller is extremely rare. Even hard to find info on it online.
I have one of those SNES Counter Test systems. It’s pretty cool. Got it just about 20 years ago from a guy who was a technician and my local Bradlee’s. They let him keep it when the store closed and it was still wrapped in plastic and unused. I bought it from him at his garage sale for $300. Not even sure how to sell it if I even wanted to.
8:33 people like to talk about "hidden gems" and there is one "vandal hearts" if you like srpgs like ff tactics, shining force, fire emblem etc, PICK IT UP!
@@RetroMoments well ps1 is my favorite console of all time and there is many rpgs on it but you gotta have final fantasy 7 on that list, my fav game of all time which I got for christmas back in 1997 and then ofc final fantasy 9 which is probably the best "objectively" speaking final fantasy so far. As a xeno fans I would probably give xenogears the last spot, even though ff tactics was amazing, and im a huge star ocean 2,grandia and a tales of eternia fan as well
Hey man! Oh nice! Yea this is the best retro game shop in Sweden for sure. I would also recommend Nostalgibutiken. Its small but full of different games. Also, Askers Spel och Film is awesome. Games, arcades music and movies in there. Any suggestions for Norwegian stores?
@@RetroMoments Thanks for the reply mate! And for the suggestions also. Unfortunately there is not so many here in Norway. I live in Kristiansand and sometimes visit Gledehuset in Tønsberg but in comparison to yours in Sweden its really not that great. I am from the UK and often go back home and go to some shops there, I also check out other places in Europe too (Netherlands, Germany etc) I also have a RUclips channel, please check it out if you have time. A collaboration in the future would be awesome 😁
@@GrizzlyGamesNorway Hey man! I checked out your YT-channel. Awesome stuff! Would love to make a collaboration video someday. Im back in Sweden now actually. How often do you visit Sweden?
I realized that this retro game shop is NE of Stockholm. Do they ship games internationally or is it only local? Shop looks really great and it is always nice when there are various game related categories in the same shop.
Correct! Should be possible with international shipping. I know they send games to Finland and Denmark too. If you contact them and want something specific, maybe they could help you out.
No sorry we don't have anything like that. It's not like we don't want that, it's just so rare that people come in and sell does format, unfortunately.
@@segagirladventurespico No you missunderstand, retro moment miss read the pricetag and says the wrong price in the video. Its 1500 US dollar, 2045 Canadian Dollar.
@@RetroMoments it’s a PAL TV maybe tvs are cheaper in Europe but there becoming expensive here the retro tvs in Canada. I love looking at the retro TVs tok other then the retro games. Hope your trip is going well Adam.
Hope you guys enjoyed the tour of this amazing store in Sweden.

That looks like a pretty cool shot man. I like the fact that they had all those retro memorabilia signs and things like that that was cool too. 😎
Yea, this is by far the coolest Game Store in Sweden! :D
My fav part was the snk/virtualboy book that looks top notch. All of them look very high quality and detailed
Oh yes! I definitely felt tempted to pick them up. I'll buy them the next time I'm going there probably. And yea, I can confirm that the books were definitely high quality.
That book is only sold by us in the EU and Limited Run in the US.

Vandal Hearts 1 is VERY slow. 2 is much better. There is also a forgotten about sequel for PS3 called Flames of Judgment.
Hi Dude I now live next door in Norway. This shop is awesome and I will definitely visit soon 😁

13:34 I have that blue mega drive Sega genesis controller 😊
It is a good-looking controller! Thats for sure!
@@RetroMoments you have a lot of good looking things ;)
De har väldigt stor samling av spel men deras retrospel är alldeles för dyra.. iallafall har de bästa priser och goodies för nya spel

Det va inte lätt med den stora NES kontrollen 😁👍

That’s $3386.34 Canadian 7:12 that’s a expensive ps1 lol
A little mistake on the price was made on the brand new PS1, price tag was ratter pale, its "only" 1500 US Dollar =)
@SpelochSant well im in Canada so when you change usd dollars to canadian dollars its $3.386.34 so its correct
