Psoriasis cannot be “cured” but can be put under control. Any branch of medicine can only offer relief from active lesions but to keep recurrence & severity under control , it’s mainly on the lifestyle choices & habits one makes.
Factors mentioned in the video play a key role.
Ultimately, psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder with genetic component to it. So even after following all the advised lifestyle changes advised , there is no assurance that psoriasis will not recur as there is no way to know the prognosis of psoriasis. But following a strict psoriatic diet ( made a video on this ) , developing healthy habits ( meditation , yoga , cold water showers , wearing skin friendly fabrics etc) and ditching habits like smoking , alcohol consumption will keep the recurrence & severity under control.

As you said antifungal and antibiotics cream shouldn't apply completely acceptable,
but blood purifier syrup could help the condition according to AYURVEDA skin disorders are directly connected to impure blood . Lot's of people's have cured the psoriasis with ayurvedic treatment.
