Done 30 miles in my xodus ultra 3 varied terrain even a beach beat the tide run with 1inch sea slop I feel the 3 is firmer than the 1+2 but has a more stable heel and better rocker with the 2 I felt they got better comfort over time the 3 don’t feel a grippy and hold water allot more than the 1 but over time I think the 3 will bed in more and be better for the 50-100k races than the 1+2 because of its more rocker nature a stable ride and robust toe protection
