Jimmy Hart doesn't age
I was compelled to look up his age after seeing him in the intro. The man is 73 YEARS OLD?? You're right, he doesn't age. He must have made some kind of supernatural deal or something.

To be honest getting a place to live in WWE City is quite difficult, people keep moving out after claiming they're done with the place but they keep coming back about a week or two later, ah well at least it's better than living in Impactopolis.

You forgot the bit at the end where Kane shakes hands with Shaggy and Scooby proving he can't even make it through 1 movie without a turn of some kind.
There was one early scene in this movie that I couldn't help but like: The way Shaggy and Scooby convince the others to take them to WrestleMania is by reminding them of all the times they were used as live bait in all of Fred's "capture the monster" plans. Brilliant.

Really wished that he collaborated with a wrestling fan (like Zane). He's a great content maker (especially with the history side of animation), but his lack of wrestling knowledge really hurt that video.
I like Saberspark. Their reviiews were pokay, and did them with the eye of a an animation fan. He wast especialized and didnt needed cause he isnt a wrestling centered youtuber. He analyzed as films, not as wrestling products.

So an ex-former wrestler who had to leave due to injury can single-handedly beat: HHH, Kane, & Cena by himself. It also takes the 3 of them with help to stop this one guy. This guy should have been champion like 20+ times

To be fair, if you've never watched Young Justice, how would you know? No offense intended, but he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who watches DC cartoons.
You don't get the championship by cheating, unless you're Andre the Giant, Ric Flair, Yokozuna, Bob Backlund, Psycho Sid, Shawn Michaels, The Rock, Triple H etc
I think the funniest joke me and my friends made at the time the movie came out was “man I really wish Scooby and the gang went to the ROH township, or the TNA cul-de-sack, or the chikara vacant lot.”

i think scooby and shaggy are VERY out of character in this movie because scooby and shaggy don't like wrestling, in fact, It's FRED who likes wrestling, because in a " what's new scooby doo" episode there was a plot about wrestling, this had a monster called the twister, and in that episode fred is shown to like wrestling. and the best part is, the episode didn't even need WWE characters or plot to make a good episode. they had in universe wrestling characters that were really creative and fun.
so idk why they still think scooby and shaggy would like wrestling when their is a already existing scooby doo episode with wrestling that establishes that fred likes wrestling, NOT SCOOBY OR SHAGGY.
also i am so sad that they couldn't reference that episode by adding a little easter egg of the monster "the twister" in this movie or at least reference one of the wrestlers from the episode. it would've been a nice call back to a episode since that episode was ALSO ABOUT WRESTLING.
one more thing, what's new scooby doo wrestling episode had a better monster then this movie did.
Even in Cartoon form, Kane isn't a serious threat, I miss you Big Red

Well this was a great review like always Brian One thing i wanted to point out was ypu missed the Young Justice referance. Those four women watching Wrestlemania with no men around as you pointed were a reference to that show. They were Supergirl, Artemis, Zatana, and Miss Martian. It was just a reference nothing more.

I loved the film personally. Like you said, the film is aimed towards younger kids. I showed it to my cousins, and they loved it. Isn't that the purpose? I get we want accurate representations, but that would lose some of the appeal for the children. The weirdest thing I found about the film was the people chosen to star in it, if anything. I didn't expect Sin Cara, Santino, Brodus Clay etc. to be involved.
I'm guessing that they were originally planned on getting a push and used the movie to tease it. But like most of WWE'S plans back then it didn't work out.

Honestly I'm pretty sure that was less of a WWE decision and more of a Warner Bros. Animation decision. Plus they probably had the concept art to fill out the seats.

I find this movie amazingly funny and semi realistic given Vince's money hungry nature if he could do this he would and the sequel makes it so much with miz getting his retribution

Update on WWE City: Governor Vince McMahon and Senator Nick Kahn have EVICTED EVERYONE that moved in from about 2017-2019. John Morrison has come back and been kicked out in this time. The cool, niche, NXT Villas got their whole housing addition re-painted, and a bunch of meat manly amateur wrestlers have taken the place of a bunch of the evicted people that everyone really liked. Fortunately, however, a bunch of those men and women that got kicked out are living in Elite Town.

NeK0kasumi Its just a cliche joke really, like attractive women aren't into (insert nerdy/unpopular hobby). It's an exaggeration obviously but with majority of wrestling fans being male there is some truth to it. I wouldn't take it seriously though.

Although, as Cornette is fond of claiming in his podcasts, it wasn't always necessarily so. There used to be a lot of women who came to shows to admire the beefcake and to cheer on their heroes. One could speculate that it might have as much to do with the increasing T-and-A and the dumbing down of plotlines.

Hilarious review. I had the same feeling actually after watching OSW's review of Stoneage Smackdown. I watched these shows as a kid (Scooby and the Flintstones) and watching the WWE co-op just for something to watch and not take too seriously one night wouldn't be the worst way to spend an evening after a few beers. Still that plan to get back at the WWE was a total mind bender.

I got this movie as a gag gift for christmas. My friends and I watched this (a bunch of early to mid 30 year olds who don't watch wrestling) and we thought it was goddamn hilarious. Kane never speaks, he just growls at everyone, John Cena's music plays when he shows up to save them from the bolder, and when they were escaping the cave they surfed on an unconscious John Cena. It's not great by any means, but just sit and watch it for its absurdities and its rather entertaining.
