To some extent this law will definitely creat a fear in the minds of agents who harbour Pakistani terrorists.
Similar or this law should be implemented in all the border States of the country to defend from terrorists, infiltrators and their aides.
The law is effective since 1917. And still somehow after 100 more years they feel a need to bring it back.

Instead of imposing Draconian laws shud have focussed on reducing unemployment. Believe me no one here is interested in such things . Youth here are paralyzed by unemployment. In comparison to other states , where recruitments are continuous u people on one hand are rendering JK youth unemployed and alienated on the other.
