I ordered two of these and neither one has a peg for the purifier.. nor does the filter have any squeeze tabs for insertion. It just gets shoved in there…
Mine too! Do we just lay the purifier on the base of the tank?
@@crisdoikos I ordered these filtration sticks specifically for humidifiers. They came in a pack of two, so I just threw one in each humidifier. I’m assuming just tossing it in there would be the same. But kind of misleading as to why they don’t have these pegs for the filter…and the one in the set up video does.
Other than that, the humidifier is working great. My little one is developing some respiratory issues and my middle gets terrible nose bleeds because of the heat we blast here in New York during the winter..

i actually am glad i followed the qr code to come here!! (i usually don't use them😅) so the illustration instructions don't indicate placing the purification device in the actual tank and the illustration makes it look like it goes in the base... 😒

Just received mine today. Dealing with nosebleeds from Covid and got this in hopes of helping with them. I didn’t have a peg inside mine so I just placed my purification device inside. I like it a lot so far. 🙏🏽
For me it's on the right side instead of the left side. In the manual it is mentioned wrongly.

I agree. We don't have a peg in our humidifier either. Why in the world would they have a scan-able code to scan that leads to a different humidifier?!😒 Make it make sense🙆🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

The instructions booklet that came with this humidifier day to put the water purification device in the opposite side of the tank from where the filter is. Not on the circle part on the same side of the tank as the filter as you stated.

Mine barely spits out mist. When I lift the tank it seems to blow more but I can’t hold the tank in place something’s wrong with the unit

Our purifiers are separate and do not require a sink to be stuck in, they can be placed directly into the water tank.

Thanks for the review. I'm considering this unit but am having trouble piecing together whether the 'warm' function is a true warm humidifier (boiles the water, no use of ultrasonic mist), or if it just warms the ultrasonic cool mist when in warm mode.

I don’t feel a warm mist when I press the warm mist setting. I’ve had this humidifier for 2 months and I don’t feel a warm mist.

@Alisa-ud1rg Hello. So I recently got the black humidifier (like a week ago) and it seems to work well but it always stop working after a few minutes and so. And starts showing a red blinking light after it stop and I don’t know why and how to get rid of it for good. I cleaned the parts and areas the video and manual it came with said. I tired putting in more water and putting the humidifier on a flat surface floor and desk but to no avail. If anyone knows, please help me. Thank you. 😅
my low water light comes on randomly and makes it stop misting even when its more than half full

Thank you but it’s so hard to see what you’re doing with a black humidifier and a black table.
The mist does not get as warm as advertised here; mine barely gets a few degrees higher than the cool setting... While I've had no other problems with it, the main reason for buying this was for warm mist...

First the little pin came out before I realized what happened and the things just leaked everywhere. Now none of the buttons respond to anything. Is this just a cheap Chinese product that doesn’t work? Shouldn’t be this hard

Our water purifiers do not have card slots, you can put them anywhere in the water tank.

One of the newest versions of our humidifier automatically shuts off when the specified humidity level is reached.
and If water runs out, our humidifier will display a water shortage alert, so please refill it as soon as possible.

The booklet was confusing.
I still don’t know what they were talking about on page 8, in Step 1. I’m hoping it’s not important.
I wish you had put a piece of paper when you open the box that says, booklet is in the humidifier and maybe even include the QR code. The video is much more helpful.
My only complaint on the video was the explanation of the difference between cool and warm mist.

Is it normal for water to be in the bottom part ? I have a lot of water at the bottom, should I pour that out?
I have the same problem. The spring makes it so the water goes into the tank. I wanna know if that’s normal.

I'm having the exact same problem there is a problem in the design of the flotation shut off valve it gets stuck in the open position and then the water just floods the entire bottom section how do you get No More Steam and a big leak and mess of water all over your floor

Our products are separated design, when the upper tank is full, some water will flow into the base, when the water in the upper tank is used up, the water in the base can still be used.
Note: It is forbidden to pour water into the fog outlet.

As I increase the humidity, the current room humidity decreases and as I decrease the humidity, the current room humidity increases. Isn’t this supposed to work the other way around?

A white unit would be a lot easier to see. Black on a black background is very hard to understand
I ran 1 tank of water, refilled and now it will turn on 2 seconds, then shut off. I attempted to contact after sale contact email as directed. Address is no longer valid. Buyer beware.
