Hi there, my device keeps disconnecting from the app via WiFi and it is either a real pain to reconnect it or it just doesn't seem to reconnect after... I followed instructions to the letter. Any idea where it might come from?
I have one of these, and agree after using other ultrasonic humidifiers at a similar price point, that this one is great. Especially to help monitor and keep humidity stable. The app works well (but you don’t need it if you don’t want to), it can shut off if humidity gets to target level, it doesn’t put out too much heavy mist that the floor gets wet, the tank capacity is big enough I don’t need to fill every day (usually every other day) and it’s easy to fill and clean. Have one in the living room, going to buy a second for the bedroom to replace my older ultrasonic that didn’t perform well.
@@AtHomewithLucas I typically try to just use filtered water. I’m in the northeast and I’ve got moderately hard water, but have not had a lot of scaling issues. Don’t need to run much outside of late fall/winter due to high humidity spring/summers here.
Warm isn't about hearing the room, too small for that. It's so the mist rises and evaporates better. Also has some sanitation benefits if it's done right
Great question. This humidifier needs to be off the ground. Some larger humidifier allow you to place them on the floor, but this one is not compatible with floor sitting.
Just put 5 drops in the box, and it will slowly start working. I don't believe it will work like a diffuser because the oil never goes in the water it just gets blown out with the mist if I'm not mistaken.
Yes, distilled water is the best for all humidifiers. But good water filters or water softeners will mean you can just use that and not spend extra on distilled water.

Oh, sorry, display off while sleeping and always on humidity display all day. So, in the app, you can set the humidifier to turn on and off at a scheduled time. Also, you can have the display turn off during that time as well.
The biggest difference is the tank size. 4.7L vs 6L but other than that, not much. Both good buys if you want to try and humidity 700sf of your house go with the 600. But if you just want to humidity a large room, get this one

Yeah mine still runs every night 365 days a year.

Great question, no, you cant. All you can do is turn the display off.

What is the lowest humidity level it will go? I want only 30%. Is this to strong to run each night?
This will only go to 40% humidity
But is better distillate water ,to avoid damage it after months or years of use . But i gues ,if has the filter ,will be ok ?

As for the filters, they do a tiny bit but not really enough to stop hard water for covering your humidifier.

you missed out on how to clean this....
Just rinse it in the sink when it says clean it. Then, to clean any hard water build up, use humidifier cleaning solution once a month.
