Condition : Unconditional
Redstone : Always Active
Command Input : execute @e[type!=player]~(space)~(Space)~(Space)kill @e[type=item]

Block type : Chain
Condition : Conditional
Redstone : Always Active
Command Input : execute @e[type!=player]~(space)~(Space)~ summon lightning_bolt
(Make sure you put 2+ Entities) Kill 1 and the other one will be struck by lightning

You could use armor stand if you need to kill to activate and hide the armor stand then tp in front of you repeat then summon the armor stand it will activate if you want to do it again if you kill the armor stand

It's fine , I should have seen how it worked, when I flicked the lever my whole world was covered in lighting and fire, and my game wouldn't stop lagging, even after I turned it off, this creation is awesome, but can u make a different way?

No its not posible but you can use ^^^3 or a diferent number other than 3 to make it summon lightning at a certain location the player is looking at

A tip for any readers. For the commands, after you put type=item, put name=stick for example :
/execute @e[type=!player] ~ ~ ~ /kill @e[type=item, name=stick]
This will make it so only a stick will trigger the lightning rather than dropping any item
After This I Started Speaking Enchantment Table
/execute @e[type=!player] ~ ~ ~ /kill@e[type=item, name=stick]
Summon lightning_bolt
/execute @e[type=!player]~ ~ ~/kill
@e[type=type=item,name=stick]
/execute @e[type=! player] ~ ~ ~ kill @e[type=item put name=stick]
