The specials do change names between regular and Arsene mode. Gun becomes Gun Special, Eiha becomes Eigaon, Grappling Hook becomes Wings of Rebellion, and Rebel's Guard becomes Tetrakarn (physical attacks) and Makarakarn (projectiles).
Elegant is amazing for sure, best in the biz with his character, but you can't look at that perfect misfire and say it wasn't lucky. He may have gone for it intentionally but it was still unlikely to actually happen.

Mango Memes, my mechanical skill isn’t up to par with that. I do it half of the time or not at all. I keep doing zair too fast so i just do a falling zair. I can only beat my friends because they don’t play the game.
The timing can be thrown off with the hitlag, so sometimes it won't register the fast fall. This is from experience as a Luigi main, but it can also be said the same for many other characters as well.

It’s really easy short hop fair fast fall and Zair pretty much as you land
