Always love watching you. I don’t get be in livestream but do try to watch replays. I love all your stitching and your new set up! You are an inspiration to all of us!
Wow Teresa I so relate with all the foggy forgetfulness it can be so frustrating. Glad you able to get tims in on your Chattelaine when you got home. Such a beautiful piece. Thank you for sharing the WIPS and Finish tables.
Hi Teresa It is good to get a Floss Tube Video from you. I love all of your WIPS - Especially your Chatelaine WIP - Evening In The Park - this is so so so beautiful. I have a Chatelaine Chart to do but I have not started mine yet. I still need to get all of the Beads and all of that yet. Maybe toward the end of this year I might get started on mine. I forget the title of mine. The Pictures of the WIPS and the Finishes at your Chatelaine Retreat is just beautiful - wow - those Chatelaine’s are just out of this world. The other Finishes are so pretty too. I am so glad that you got to go to the Chatelaine Retreat. Your Puppies are so darn cute and adorable. Take Care & Happy Stitching - Stay Cool ❤️🤗🙏🧵🪡🧵🐾🐶🐾🐶🐾❤️
I’m back after a two week vacation to visit my kids in another State. Things are back to normal now and I’m getting caught up on flosstubes. Glad your going back to work has gone as smooth as it could, except your memory and we sure can blame that on aging! Lol It was great to see your WIPS again. They’re all coming along. Love, love Evening in the Park and your new BellaFilipina. That one is on my mind and I love that blue/green fabric you chose. Your person that dyes fabric for you is awesome! I was going to purchase a kit here in the States but the fabric that came with it was all wrong. So my search continues. It’s not like I don’t have anything to stitch right? Take care and keep on stitching! Shirlee
LG Corinna
Hi Teresa. Looking forward to seeing an update of your Owl Forest piece, perhaps in your cooler months. I can’t remember what it was called. As we are not able to order the Owl Forest kits I’m going to live the pleasure through your one. Loved seeing the pieces at the Chatelaine Retreat. The Chatelaine rabbit hole is a big one and I’ve fallen down many levels of the hole. Grateful I did when I did as so many of the threads are now hard to find. Kitted in stash is a great place to have them. Happy stitching and look forward to your next update 💞
Really enjoyed the update Teresa, plus the trip to the Chatalain Retreat...that would be just my luck to leave my main project at home. So thankful it was at home and not lost. Glad that work and traveling on the train is working out. Your new bedroom looks Amazing and love the colors you've decorated with...the girls seem to love it too. Loved the green shirt, or tank top,you were wearing today....really sets off your tan and blonde highlights. Hope all is well with your mom and she is still doing better. Have a great rest of the week and enjoy whatever your stitching on 🥰
Teresa, so great to spend an hour with you and your girls. You look fabulous! Thanks for sharing you work and a drive through England. Don't let those night sweats get you down - they suck! If only men went thru MEN-o-pause... Why is it call that again? Anyway, love the new bedroom and colors and look forward to a proper tour of your upstairs. Your work (both cross-stitch and in your home), is talented. XO from AZ
Love catching up with you today. Your bedroom is beautiful and you did the work yourselves! I remember when you were having trouble going up and down steps and before you even had steps so happy you have a private retreat now! Plus you look gorgeous! Oh and of course your diverse and beautiful stitching! You stitch everything ! ❤️
Hi Teresa ,menopause is a terrible thing to go through .just love your chatelaine.it’s just stunning .as are all of your other stitching .hats off to you and your husband for building your new bedroom .it’s lovely .
I love the butterfly lace chatelaine you saw at the retreat, I have it all kitted up and ready to start but I’m too much of a coward to start it and keep putting it off 😂. Lovely stitching as always, glad your return to work is going ok
It was so lovely to see you!! I think you need to have some grace & mercy on yourself!! The video is awesome & your stitching is fabulous!!! Take care of yourself! I was told trying to remember makes memory worse. You are awesome & you got this change in your life!! Thank you for another wonderful video!!💖💝
Thanks for the video! I always love waking up to a new video. The lighter more goofy tone amd rambling makes me feel like I'm sitting in with a good friend instead of someone performing on a video. I love the little edits and cuts. Like the drum sound effect and the zoom cuts you do. Keep up the good work! Wishing you the best!
lol thank you for your lovely message sweetie - I got told off by someone for using the zoom and jump cuts as they said they couldn't watch because it was to distracting - I told her she wouldn't have wanted to see it without them or I would have had to use a bleeper due to another mess up lol
Thank you Teresa, another lovely video. I appreciate all the time you put into your videos. Glad you back at work and making the use of your commuting time. Until next time, take care. Many thanks :)
Omg that butterfly chatelaine blew my mind. I do not need another massive WIP, repeat I do it need another massive WIP. I must behave. Looking forward to seeing you in September and drooling over your chatelaine. Jx
Thank you Teresa for taking the time to put a video together, loved seeing all your projects, loved seeing all those wips and finished projects from your retreat. Good luck with HRT (getting older sucks big time). Take care and see you next time. Guida
So glad to see you again, you were missed ! So glad you shared the brag tables at your retreat , beautiful! Your room looks lovely, I remember watching all your videos where you were up there working on it , what a beautiful finish! Thanks, Kim T☀️
Loved seeing those beautiful Chatelaines thank you for showing us! I would’ve totally left mine at home on the desk too. I’ve totally done stuff like that. Lots of sympathy there! Love your work, happy stitching!
Aw, the fog, hopefully that HRT works for you , I had to try two before I found the one that worked best Estrace is basically plant sourced but still prescription and it’s not made of pregnant horse pee😳 which was the first one they tried. Ew. Lovely video as usual , your bedroom is beautiful, worth all the hard work to build it? 🤣. Glad you had a good time at retreat and that train stitching is working for you. I’m usually listening to an audiobook while crafting , cleaning, cooking, gardening etc. it’s a good thing the library has them for free or I’d be broke buying them. Your projects are looking wonderful, your new start is going to be stunning 🤩. Take care, stay safe and well, love those pups and happy stitching🥰🙋🏼♀️
Thank you for posting a video! Always enjoy them. Beautiful projects and thank you for sharing a video of the retreat. So beautiful! Your new bedroom is gorgeous. Would love to see the area that overlooks your garden 🌻🌷☘️ Have a wonderful rest of the week ♡
It's always lovely to see you Teresa. Your crostitch projects are beautiful and can see I may have to do a Bella Fillipina sometime let alone a Chatelaine.Loved seeing the stitching projects at the retreat. Your bedroom looks super.
Your stitching is absolutely beautiful. I enjoy listening to you talk about your beautiful pieces that you stitch. Glad you had a wonderful time at the retreat. You are so inspiring and look forward to your next video. I have a Snow Maiden Mirabilia, but I haven't started it yet. It's all kitted up and waiting for me. I'm visiting my daughter who moved to South Carolina recently and enjoying my time with her. Thank you for sharing your time with us. Stay well.
Teresa, I never knew anything about Chatelaines until I heard you talk about it, and now, I'm trying to hold myself back from buying one (or more!). The project on the WIPs table are what really got me going. Let's see how long I can hold off on buying the pattern for one of these beauties...
Thank you sooooooooo much for showing the displays at the chatelaine retreat - sorry you missed showing your evening in the park to the ladies since it s very beautiful. The designs that were shown were just outstanding and I enjoyed seeing them so much - so THANK YOU!
Your stitching is fabulous, as always. I’m indoors since New York is sooooo hot. With my stitching as well. Doing a full piece as yours is beyond me. I admire your work.
Teresa, I am so excited to see you doing the "Maria Makiling" - Bella Filipina. I have been working on this for a couple of months now. I absolutely love the colors! This is my first Bella Filipina and really love working on it. I am very intrigued to see what fabric you choose for her. :) Your bedroom is absolutely gorgeous! You do have a true eye for color.
Hi Teresa, so good to see you. Your stitching is beautiful!!! You have gotten quite a lot done for this time of year. You can't do it all, so do what makes you happy. Stay Safe. Stay Healthy. Happy Stitching,. ❤❤👏❤❤
Hello Teresa, I love seeing all of your gorgeous stitching. I am in search of some information. I live in the US. I am in search of the pattern Evening in the Park. If anyone can point me in the correct direction. Thank you Teresa for sharing all your lovely’s. I Hope work goes well for you!🤞💕
I absolutely love watching your videos ! Your like a breath of fresh air. 🙂 I definitely now have to get a Chatelaine! They are so gorgeous. Try to stay cool and enjoy your garden while you can 🙂
So good to see you again. Just love you. You were one of the first floss tubers I watched when I found floss tube. You showed Alternative Reality and I fell in love with it and bought it immediately. I finally just started it on Sunday 😂. I love all your patterns, projects and stitching. You are just a doll. I hope you have a great couple of weeks, stay safe and happy stitching ❤️
The new room looks lovely and I like your color scheme. Blues are calming and reduce stress. Having a room that makes you feel comfortable is the most important thing.
You can put one of those plastic spring clips that you put on your keys and clip on to your belt or pocket so if you walked in the house and left the keys in the door you will feel a tugging that will remind you like you see the cashier at the shops ware
It was wonderful to see you today. You have been getting some stitching done, despite having to return to work. It’s nice that you can work from home again. You do get a good bit of stitching done to and from work. Loved seeing all the stitching from the retreat. Thank you for sharing. Happy stitching until next time stitching.!❤️🪡🧵❤️
So glad you persevered to get this video posted! I really love watching your videos and look forward to seeing your progress and hearing your life updates too.
Love that your M25 video you were so cheery and had no idea that your project was back at the house. I’m doing Bella Mermaid as well. She really is fun to work on.
Love that Maiden of Tubbataha...she's on my list to stitch! And of course you should start another Chatelaine! Love the new bedroom and the girls are lovely too...don't feel bad they're there!
Hi Teresa, you look wonderful after your surgery, good luck with menopause, I'm battling with you too lol. Lovely to see a video from you, just watched it as I had my surgery on the day of it and am still in hospital just recovering now. I just admire you and your work soo much you are an absolute insperation for me. Keep going lots of love ❤️❤️Karen
So excited to see the message pop up on my phone that you had a new floss tube posted!!!! So glad to see you again and I understand the hot flashes, forgetfulness, etc. But you will come up with new ways to deal with these new "normal" things, trust me. Had this lovely time of my life forced on me by having to have chemo at age 53 - and it was instant!! Im 68 now and its long behind me. So there is hope it will get better. Love Love Love your Evening in the Park. I want to stitch this so much! Someone here in the States pointed me in the direction of a website that kits Chatelaines up, Fabric, floss, beads etc. I am thinking I may add another to my rotation. Have a great August, enjoy life, the weather and feeling healthy again. Hope the rest of the month goes well and look forward to seeing you soon. Thanks for another wonderful floss tube.
So brilliant to see you …. And you managed quite well … I don’t how you are doing it but I find it very hard to stitch when is very hot 🥵…. Very Nice finishes from the retreat and I hate to drive on the M25 … understand your pain there… hope you are doing well and going back to London is not too hard on you…. You take care my little T…. See you soon… 👋❤️😘
So good to hear from you again! Your new bedroom is beautiful (as are the girls ❤️). Your Chatelaine is breathtaking! Can’t wait to see it finished! Stay cool (with no a/c) and enjoy your time outdoors. Take care.
Great catch up, love seeing your progress on your wips. The chatelaine retreat looked amazing, poor you stuck in traffic on the dreaded M25, at least you made it lol. Thanks for sharing bless you with such a hectic life. Looking forward to some stitch with me's, or lives. Hope your Mum is doing well. Take care and happy stitching. 😊
I came across your channel via the Full Coverage for Beginners series a few weeks ago looking for ideas for improvement to my technique (only a couple of years stitching behind me). Liked your style of video and subscribed to see what else I can learn. The significant change you have encouraged from these is to try two handed stitching. Getting the hang of it but my big (for me) project is in a very heavy confetti section at present so I am not really benefitting yet. I will also need to have a look at the stitching pattern I use (diagonal typewriter? 30 wide). About to start Christmas cards, so an opportunity to try different ideas on the small scale. Thank you for the content you are putting up.
Hello, Teresa! Well, I am in the same phase of my life as you are. All the joys 🙈. Please share later, if your HRT is helping! Very beautiful Chaterlain pieces there on retreat. Love your new hair 🥰
Omgoodness, I had a da ja vu moment listening to you talk about leaving your chatalain at home - I absolutely watched you say this in a previous retreat posting - honestly !! Even down to Lauren giving you a heart stopping moment. I could have said it word for word as you said it. Lovely to watch another floss tube from you xx
Loved the video from the Chatelaine retreat! They are amazing designs! Thank you for going and for sharing with us all. A couple of questions for you. Can you remind me of what fabric you are stitching Evening in the park on? Also, for your Summer ABC's by LHN, can you let me know what fabric and the variegated thread that you are using for your conversion. I love your version! Thanks for making videos and for all of the sharing!
Thanks for the video. Hopefully you can get your life back to normal soon. Sitting here with the C weak as a kitten, but it was good to see beautiful things because I can't stitch with my brain in a fog.
Lovely stitching as always, Crewe was My first retreat even though I only came one day. Was lovely to meet you and everyone else I will be booking onto next year's for the weekend. I was enabled totally. Got my order request in for my first chatelaine. Took your advice for my HAED and stuck with the 25count had some progress on it and it doesn't look as patchy as I thought it did. Hope your well. Hailey
First, I am happy to see you are good. I was beginning to worry. Second, OMG that lovely Honey sitting behind you! That sweet face about made my heart melt.
Teresa, where do I find info about upcoming retreats? I'd love to go, but I'm also afraid to go as I'm socially awkward and struggle speaking with strangers. I moved to UK 3 years ago and I don't have any crafty friends :(
Oh you have no problem at retreats with being socially awkward as you put it lol! There are a lot of stitchers that are very much like you and believe it or not, when you're with your own kind of people doing stitching there is so much to talk about even with strangers and they will not be strangers for long. The hardest part is just walking into the room for the first time. Most of the UK retreats are posted on this facebook group facebook.com/groups/1029193870432147
Loved this video! I'm glad you had a great time at the retreat! :) I look forward to seeing your next video. I am the complete opposite and I hate the heat so I hibernate when it's hot so I can get lots of stitching done...when I'm not studying for exams that is!!!
Yay love it. How fun I’m stitching on the Taj Mahal Chatelaine converted into DMC since the wait time for threads had exceeded several months during covid. However I have just received the email from EC that most of my threads have arrived for the Egypt chatelaine so 7 months wasn’t bad at all!!
Lovely to see you again, it was an awesome video in the life of Teresa. I am clever like you to forget my focus piece at a retreat. Glad you had the Bella to give you a new starter. Finally took Darren's push and started my own flosstube (hence the name change). Keep smiling and happy stitching from Judy in NZ.
Love to see you and the girls! The stitching also of course! The Chateleine’s were so beautiful! If you find the name of the last one you showed of the WIP table, I would like to get it. I have looked at the website and could not find it... see you next Time!
Thank you for the video of the retreat. After finishing Evening In The Park, I thought I was done with Chatelaines…not so much. My husband asked me to stitch two more so we can have all 3 hanging in our dining room together. Looks like I’ll be getting 2 more Chats in my future.
Nice to see you. Loved the retreat peices. Don't worry about video and the girls we are all fine with it. I can only stitch in my bed (son's issues flare during summer) with the cats all asleep around me. So peace and quite time for me is 11:30pm to 4am if I can't sleep which seems to be a problem these days. Thus when you did this video I was probably going to sleep that day. It's 1am now so off to stitch. I'll take the night shift and you take the day shift, 24 hrs of coverage stitchy time. 😊
Patterns I get direct from Chatelaine website, chatelaine.de/ the threads and bead packs I get from european-crosstitch-company.myshopify.com/ or if in the UK or europe send an email to Zarina from Hawkins Hobbies and she can help you with beads and beads www.hawkinshobbies.co.uk/index.php?route=information/contact
You're adorable...it's always ok to blame everything on menopause!! Fortunately, I am through that for about a year now. Beautiful, beautiful work you are doing. I can honestly say I would never be able to work on any of those pieces!! I just watch others in amazement!!
What a brilliant idea using felt when you've used beads on a project!!!! I'm using that idea immediately!!!! Thanks!!!! What color is the fabric you used on Evening In The Park?
I am a simple cross stitcher but so enjoy seeing your WIPS and the retreat displays were fabulous. On your full coverage pieces how do you keep track of your multiple thread colors? I depend on the identifying number when I stitch but that seems impossible in the examples you have shown of your work. I so enjoy your videos thank you for sharing.
Well I use the parking method, so when i am finished with the colour I park the thread in the starting hole where the same colour thread needs to be so when I get there I know it is my colour for the square if that makes sense. Also to make sure I've not gone wrong I mark on my chart where I parked. so if I get ot a hole without a thread I work through all the other parked threads and if one isn't marked and has a thread in it I know that has been miss parked and that is my thread - hope this makes sense lol
Hi Teresa . . so wonderful to see you and your lovely room and amazing stitching. I have a question for you . . . I have a smaller full coverage that I want to make for my daughter, but I just don't know where to start. Any tips ?
Hi Mari Keenen, Thank you for your lovely message and all your support on my channel it really is very much appreciated. The only tip I can suggest is test stitch your fabric first to make sure your happy with the coverage other than that just stitch your little xxx's
What a lovely video! I've had brain fog for some time now so I completely understand how you're feeling though I haven't been told I'm in menopause I wouldn't doubt it. Sometimes you just know and my memory has been failing me way too often lately. I am hoping to go to my first retreat in April and you've made me look forward to it even more so! Do you know the name of that chatelaine with the butterflies? I'd like to make that my first chatelaine❤️
Teresa I just ordered a kit of Daughters of Estuary by Bella Filipina, since I have two daughters who have hair color as charted. I’ve never beaded before. Do you wait until the end or do it all along? I’m intimidated by beading.
Oh lovely chart! Well beading as you go or at the end is personal preference I tend to switch them up depending on the project and what frames I'm using. If in a Qsnap then I leave the beading till the end. Hope this helps and have fun with your stitching and beading.

Thanks for another update, loved the girls mooching around in the background 🙂

So good to see you again. Just love you. You were one of the first floss tubers I watched when I found floss tube. You showed Alternative Reality and I fell in love with it and bought it immediately. I finally just started it on Sunday 😂. I love all your patterns, projects and stitching. You are just a doll. I hope you have a great couple of weeks, stay safe and happy stitching ❤️
I enjoy your videos so much. Your work is beautiful. Hope all is well with you and your family. Still thinking of your sweet Momma.
Super catch up, those chatelaines are glorious! Looking forward to seeing your piece finished. Enjoy the rest of the week x
Take care.
So cool...thanks for showing the retreat goodies! ⚾️
You have been very busy on stitch and work. Omg I love the witch
Thank you for taking us to the finishes table. Just wow!
Hailey
I would love to know how you organize to stitch when traveling/commuting. I need some pointers! Thank you for the ongoing inspiration! 💗
First, I am happy to see you are good. I was beginning to worry. Second, OMG that lovely Honey sitting behind you! That sweet face about made my heart melt.
Your work is beautiful!
Honey was giving them camera the sweet eyes 👀
Beautiful work. I wish I could stitch like that.
That's me all subscribed - I will have to go back and watch all your videos now lol
@@TeresaLittleStitcher thank you so much, I have a fan girl smile now :)
Love to see you and the girls! The stitching also of course! The Chateleine’s were so beautiful! If you find the name of the last one you showed of the WIP table, I would like to get it. I have looked at the website and could not find it... see you next Time!
Video is great. Thank you so much for sharing. You are amazing
Evening in the Park is beautiful love it
Thank you for the video of the retreat. After finishing Evening In The Park, I thought I was done with Chatelaines…not so much. My husband asked me to stitch two more so we can have all 3 hanging in our dining room together. Looks like I’ll be getting 2 more Chats in my future.
another great video - thanks for sharing.
Lovely stitching!
Absolutely beautiful pieces at your retreat. And your wips are gorgeous too. So where does a person get the chatialine (sp) patterns?
It's not only the menopause. In mý part of the world, the more you undergo surgery n anaesthesia, the more your memory will go...
lol well that explains it then menopause and various surgeries in the past 5 years
I love when you have time to share. Love the witch she is a cutie.
Your bedroom is beautiful
What a brilliant idea using felt when you've used beads on a project!!!! I'm using that idea immediately!!!! Thanks!!!!
What color is the fabric you used on Evening In The Park?
It is colorway Abyss by fabrics by Stephanie
@@TeresaLittleStitcher Thank you, great explanation. I may get brave to try one day.😊
Hi Teresa . . so wonderful to see you and your lovely room and amazing stitching.
@@TeresaLittleStitcher Thank You . . . Do you grid your fabric ?
@@marikeenen6775 No i buy the pre gridded fabric it is called easy guide or magic guide
Love your nail polish. Can you tell me the brand and color? Thanks
oh it is shellac i confess I had them done at the nail shop so not sure on the colour to be honest
I'll settle for a heart. I enjoy your stitching and comments
lol you can have a laugh out loud for that lol
What a lovely video! I've had brain fog for some time now so I completely understand how you're feeling though I haven't been told I'm in menopause I wouldn't doubt it. Sometimes you just know and my memory has been failing me way too often lately. I am hoping to go to my first retreat in April and you've made me look forward to it even more so! Do you know the name of that chatelaine with the butterflies? I'd like to make that my first chatelaine❤️
Hey does anyone know the name of the chatelaine @ 47:11 ? Thanks 😊
i'll have to see if I can find out ;)
Teresa I just ordered a kit of Daughters of Estuary by Bella Filipina, since I have two daughters who have hair color as charted.
Thanks for a lovely video Teresa. I want to start the Greta Bella filipina 😂😂 wow those chatelaines are awesome!! Take care and chat soon ❤️🧵🧵🪡🪡
Oh we could have a new start together at our stitch and chat lol ????
