Love teh flat folds. Had not thought of doing them that way. I may get WINTER done one of these days. Sorry to hear about your babies. We have gone through similar recently. Adopted two senior collies from a rescue. They were mourning the loss of their home and owner due to horrific accident. Then they went to rescue. Then to foster mom then we adopted and moved them almost 600 miles from their home. They had intestinal issues for weeks; getting used to new people; new home; new farm; new everything. It has been 9 weeks now and they are finally settling down. It is said it takes three months for a rescue to settle in and be back to normal. Hang in there. Hope you all recover soon.

I hope your doggos are doing better now. I’m a vet nurse in Derbyshire and we’ve seen A LOT of vomit/diarrhoea cases in last month or so. Usually get a fair few in hot weather but there’s definitely been more hospitalised patients needing fluids and IV antibiotics etc. Congratulations on your finishes- I love them xx

I am sitting here at about 4:00am EST stitching and getting ready to watch The Queens funeral service. I understand they’ve called for a Holiday for England today. It should be everywhere because she deserves our respect. I don’t think I’ve mentioned that ever sense I was a teen I’ve had my eye on anything England we can get over here in the US. In fact I’ve had my first full coverage piece kitted up for a while now, it’s from Charting Creations called Palace with Artwork by Robert Finale. I got it out to give it a start today and discovered my easy grid fabric is not big enough for this chart! Ugh, I know you can feel my pain! I do hope the pups are better by now and I’m very happy to hear your mum is getting on good too. Hi mum!!☺️ I’m still collecting bits for my Tabbithia stitch so that’s coming along. Sorry to hear about your two dogs. My husband used to work with someone that ran their own kennels. When the dogs had tummy runs they used to boil some chicken and rice and feed it to the dogs and it would settle the stomach. Also helps humans. Both husband and I have tried it and it does work! !

Hi Teresa, love seeing your FFO. I admire your ability to look great at 5am. Hope the girls feel better soon. Many years ago when I brought my kitten home she had explosive #2. The vet recommended giving her yoghurt with her food to balance the good bacteria in her gut and that helped a lot. Maybe the girls might need a probiotic with their food.
I love your flat folds. I think it’s a perfect way to finish them. And I was thinking a nice blue marker will fix that corner! Then you said the same 😉. Vonna is the best teacher, but I think it helps people to see someone that isn’t a professional at it finish. Gives them courage to try if you will.
Regarding the white that you're concerned about. The piece I am working on right now is is across the top clouds white clouds with an occasional very very minute blue or pink but other than that 4 different colors of white of white. Currently 51,596 stitches of white the white. I'm so done with white, but there's so much more to do, 6580 stitches more, uhh. The blues and the pinks do then the paints do change it up a little bit and make it look sparkly the best way I can describe it Showing dimension of the different flows and ebbs of the clouds. But the point I'm trying to make is I have a pale pale blue background for the sky. That is making the clouds pop out so since summer is all about blue skies with fluffy clouds try that. Have fun. And when you were probably shooting this video I had just gone to bed an hour earlier. Around 4 AM.

You can use fray check to make sure your Winter fabric won't fray. You are very pretty, and your taste in projects are elegant. Thank you for doing all this for us.

I love the FFO's. You did great on them, especially for the first time! I watched a video from Chantelle Deimling on RUclips last week where she did a cross stitch piece with the month and made it to attach to a box and decorated it for Halloween. I thought of that when I saw your wreath. You could do a versatile wreath and just change out the seasonal cross stitch pieces if that makes sense. I hope you're continuing to improve after your hip replacement. I just had a shoulder tendon repair and bone spur takn off. I'll be in a cast for 4 weeks and then therapy. I can't cross stitch so I'm living viariously through flosstube lol. Always happy when you post a new video!!

You inspired me to do this collection! I stared summer in May and it is a slog, I also hate stitching white, and there is SO much of it. Every letter is atleast 50% white. I have 2.5 letters left to do, I hope to finish by Christmas haha!
Great update Teresa, glad to see you back, your finishes are fab! Re the dogs,have you tried a few days on boiled rice and chicken as I’ve always done that after any tummy sickness, a bland diet is the best in the meantime or if it returns or any future episodes.

So sorry, the girls are ill, I know it’s frustrating. What kind of bowls do you use? If plastic, throw them away. Stainless steel is best and wash them after every use and try clean water bowls everyday.

Pip and chip also do blank floss chips that you could use for your specialty threads and wright the names of them on the chips also maybe a yellow shade of fabric for summer like sunflower yellow or pale lemon

I thought I was going to have to get a loan for the vet bills but they are older Shih Tzu's and my babies and you do what you have to! Lovely video❤️ just a heads up about PK and tap dancers, I had a problem that PK added a Vertical row to the pattern, so i use paper pattern to stitch mine., Just look at the pdf and compare it with PK I spotted the problem when stitching the bottle with a seahorse near the border at the top., Hope it makes sense❤️

Fab video and your flat finishes look awesome! I said you could do it! Lord bless you, girl - your doggies have been very poorly. One of our two had exactly the same problem with a dreadful tummy upset. Was like a tsunami every time he went to the toilet and sod the hosepipe ban, the lawn got hosed down every time 🤣 he’s ok now though, and bizarrely the other one of our dogs stayed absolutely fine. Nubé is dreadful for eating stuff he shouldn’t while being walked 🤦🏻♀️
your projects are gorgeous! have you tried pure pumpkin with the pups? our dog had lots of tummy issues, our vet mentioned giving him tbsps of pure pumpkin at meal times. we also buy dehydrated pumpkin strips as treats. hope they feel better
Spring is so gorgeous. But the tassels on winter blow away the tassels on spring. You're going to have to quickly make some tassels or they will never look as nice and finished.

I happened upon your RUclips tutorials for beginner stitchers. Terrific. However since I watched each video (twice to be honest) I have gone to one website after another. Discovered that something called Laguna is the even weave you recommend so I've figured that out. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to find small story keep charts. There are gazillions. Only how do you sift through them? I am truly lost, please help. I'm in the U.S. by the way although I have no problem ordering overseas.

Regarding the white that you're concerned about. The piece I am working on right now is is across the top clouds white clouds with an occasional very very minute blue or pink but other than that 4 different colors of white of white. Currently 51,596 stitches of white the white. I'm so done with white, but there's so much more to do, 6580 stitches more, uhh. The blues and the pinks do then the paints do change it up a little bit and make it look sparkly the best way I can describe it Showing dimension of the different flows and ebbs of the clouds.
But the point I'm trying to make is I have a pale pale blue background for the sky. That is making the clouds pop out so since summer is all about blue skies with fluffy clouds try that. Have fun. And when you were probably shooting this video I had just gone to bed an hour earlier. Around 4 AM.

Love how you finished Winter and Spring. I especially love the backing color for Winter. That blue really sets off the design! So sorry to hear the girls have been feeling so poorly. I do hope they are truly on the mend now and you can get some much needed rest!
You can use fray check to make sure your Winter fabric won't fray. You are very pretty, and your taste in projects are elegant. Thank you for doing all this for us.

I love hearing about her. You are so lucky to have your dear mum so near. You are so blessed to have each other. I am having a couple of health issues right now that will be taken care of this month and next month. Will be glad to get those done and over with before winter hits. I love the FFO's. You did great on them, especially for the first time! I watched a video from Chantelle Deimling on RUclips last week where she did a cross stitch piece with the month and made it to attach to a box and decorated it for Halloween. I thought of that when I saw your wreath. You could do a versatile wreath and just change out the seasonal cross stitch pieces if that makes sense. I hope you're continuing to improve after your hip replacement. I just had a shoulder tendon repair and bone spur takn off. I'll be in a cast for 4 weeks and then therapy. I can't cross stitch so I'm living viariously through flosstube lol. Always happy when you post a new video!!

You inspired me to do this collection! I stared summer in May and it is a slog, I also hate stitching white, and there is SO much of it. Every letter is atleast 50% white. I have 2.5 letters left to do, I hope to finish by Christmas haha!
Great update Teresa, glad to see you back, your finishes are fab! Re the dogs,have you tried a few days on boiled rice and chicken as I’ve always done that after any tummy sickness, a bland diet is the best in the meantime or if it returns or any future episodes.

So sorry, the girls are ill, I know it’s frustrating. What kind of bowls do you use? If plastic, throw them away. Stainless steel is best and wash them after every use and try clean water bowls everyday.

Pip and chip also do blank floss chips that you could use for your specialty threads and wright the names of them on the chips also maybe a yellow shade of fabric for summer like sunflower yellow or pale lemon
If you don't want to stich white, change the color to a light yellow, pink, blue , lavender. You are good at that

I just discovered your channel and your flat folds are gorgeous. You have inspired me to give this a go ! I hope your girls are better. I live in Illinois and my two babies had vomting/diarrhea earlier this summer. I thought I was going to have to get a loan for the vet bills but they are older Shih Tzu's and my babies and you do what you have to! Sending prayers for strength to you - sounds as if you really have your hands full right now.

Lovely video❤️ just a heads up about PK and tap dancers, I had a problem that PK added a Vertical row to the pattern, so i use paper pattern to stitch mine., Just look at the pdf and compare it with PK I spotted the problem when stitching the bottle with a seahorse near the border at the top., Hope it makes sense❤️

Lord bless you, girl - your doggies have been very poorly. One of our two had exactly the same problem with a dreadful tummy upset. Was like a tsunami every time he went to the toilet and sod the hosepipe ban, the lawn got hosed down every time 🤣 he’s ok now though, and bizarrely the other one of our dogs stayed absolutely fine. Nubé is dreadful for eating stuff he shouldn’t while being walked 🤦🏻♀️

your projects are gorgeous! have you tried pure pumpkin with the pups? our dog had lots of tummy issues, our vet mentioned giving him tbsps of pure pumpkin at meal times. we also buy dehydrated pumpkin strips as treats. hope they feel better

Spring is so gorgeous. But the tassels on winter blow away the tassels on spring. You're going to have to quickly make some tassels or they will never look as nice and finished.

I happened upon your RUclips tutorials for beginner stitchers. Terrific. However since I watched each video (twice to be honest) I have gone to one website after another. Discovered that something called Laguna is the even weave you recommend so I've figured that out. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to find small story keep charts. There are gazillions. Only how do you sift through them? I am truly lost, please help. I'm in the U.S. by the way although I have no problem ordering overseas.

It is a fabric by stephanie in colourway Abyss - but I think she discontinued the colour.
You must be a morning person because you look great. Hoping your girls feel better. We have a newly dx diabetic dog and it’s been a challenge as we have 2 -12 week old pups. They are worth it though
